The front desk worker Roxanna was great. She went out of her way to switch my room.
The toilet seat was burnt up, the room smelled musty, and the tub caulk was gross.
The suite was so relaxing Will request that room again
I had no problem
Staff and Location was Great. Pool was Great. Breakfast was Yummy. And the location was always CLEAN and Smelt amazing. But my favorite part was the Amazing DOVE products in the bathrooms!!
My only issue is that it was 9:33am I watched another guest go get juice out the machine in the breakfast nook, so i walked over and got a little apple juice and the women (black lady) comes out and gave me the ugliest look & then started telling the spanish girl "Who Left that juice machine on?! Dont be Leaving that machine on or the guest gone do whatever they want, you gotta turn that off" I Understand the breakfast place was closed now or something but You Dont EVER make a scene in Front of a Guest. You go to the back & professionally talk to the staff where guests Cant hear you talk about them. That was VERY DISRESPECTFUL. & She Didnt say anything to the man in front of us.
And PLEASE FIX THAT ELEVATOR
This was a terrible trip. I was traveling with my son, who has ADHD. I booked a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds on Booking.com. When I checked in, the front desk manager told me they had only reserved a room with one king bed. My son is already a teenager, and he wouldn’t be able to sleep if he had to share a bed with someone else. So my son and I barely slept all night. When I went to take a shower, I couldn’t find a bath mat. The front desk employee told me they were out of them. I filed a complaint with Booking.com, and their online customer service representative told me they would respond within 24 hours. Perhaps they assumed I was Asian based on my last name, but it’s been over fifty hours now, and neither Booking.com nor this hotel has responded.
The location.
Plastic everywhere due to building “sweating”. Floors and walls constantly wet. Lady at the front desk asked what was the “reason for my stay”, which I felt was a little unprofessional and an invasion of privacy.
Great location and comfortable room and bed.
Everything was great
