The staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was excellent and particular shout out to the lovely water who filled our water bottles every morning with fresh water from the mountains!
Our triple room was very spacious and met our needs. The air conditioning was essential as temperatures were in 30's!
The rooftop pool was the piece de resistance...always so clean with awning to sunbathe out of the intense sunshine. The staff there were great too!
I suppose the distance from the centre of Como but the hotel made up for this by the quality of accommodation they provided.
It would have been nice to have light bits in the evening after a day trip. Having said that, the reception staff gave us names of 3 local restaurants which provided great choice of Italian food.
Not great experience. Won’t go there ever again Hotel stuck in the middle of buildings with no views anywhere, too far from the lake for holidays. Just fine for business stays. Very very expensive for what they offer. Was all morning listening to construction workers. A lot of better options before you go choosing this one.

Please do not stay at this hotel. We booked this as our holiday for the year . We ended up at a building site with Jack hammers and constant noise outside our room. We were not advised of this and this nonsense to hide behind , we are not obliged to advise you on this is a cop out. The staff are functional but do not know how customer service should be run. Welcome was poor and as for parking , it’s a joke . Go and park across the street and pay for it we were told. The room was basic and clean but had several broken parts in the room. The location of the hotel for any holiday makers is in a terrible location . In fact I would not feel safe in this area . It’s atleast 30 minute walk to the tourist area and not a nice walk. Very heavy traffic and dangerous with a lot of scooters and motor bikes .
The hotel is marked 4 star but unfortunately we’ll have to send someone to re rate this hotel as it falls well short of 3 star. The breakfast was ok and the staff there seemed to be fine but it’s self service so no complaints there . Unfortunately it was an awful experience and we decided we had to leave after one day. The hotel refused to give any refund for the next 4 days . However when I enquired the following day they said they were booked out and had no availability , hence they had sold the room again. There is also no dining facilities in the evening and in the room they use paper cups and a poor supply of tea/coffee and no milk .
If you need a bed for the night you will probably be ok but do not book your holiday in this hotel, you will regret it. Customers service

Not a great experience, very impersonal sort of approach. Bedrooms basic, but no views outside anywhere. Stuck in between a lot of other high buildings and construction. Rooftop pool not clean. Had to relocate unfortunately.
