Staff receptionist
prima kamer met goed bed voor goede prijs. ietwat verder van het centrum, maar station prima te belopen.
raam sluit niet meer perfect en daardoor geluidsoverlast.
Good entrance, decorated well.
TV didn’t work well, poor sound and colour. Far too small and tilted down so you couldn’t see the full screen. Hair on one of the beds. No phone to call down to reception. Beds were incredibly thin. Only one pillow. No bin bag in bin. Toilet paper was cheap, rough and very thin. Noisy in hallway.
Clean and comfortable, excellent value. Efficient check in and check out. Bonus - room was cool during the heatwave.
TV was very small
had an amazing stay, lovely clean room. Close to city centre.
Everything was clean and comfortable.
Complementary coffe and tea available in the room. TV and hairdryer available, as well as an ironing room in various floors - very useful!
The breakfast offered was of great value and well prepared.
Nice lounge area with a bar available. Noticed also some Uber service computer desk.
Location was good: ~20min walk to the central area and ~5min to bus stop from/to airport.
Self-checkout was quick and easy-just pop it in a box at reception.
Room smelled distinctively of cigarettes immediately upon entering the room. We informed the reception and kept the window open the entire time we spent there (which was 1 day) and it seemed to improve at the end, so we assumed it was likely recent - from previous tenants. I understand it is not hotels fault and likely an isolated issue, however, it was unpleasant. Luckily the weather was great at the time - wouldn't be too happy about that solution winter time.
The room was clean.
I woke up at 5:00 am to use the toilet. On my return I saw a bedbug and I couldn’t go back to bed again. I saw another one and killed it. I sat on the chair until I checked out.
