People are very rude and room is not clean

The rooms are cramped and very small, the cleanliness isn't great, and I noticed food scraps even though they were cleaned. The bathroom is separate from the shower and handwashing area, and the curtains don't block out the light at all.

Excellent location, one of the best in Paris. You can comfortably walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées, and there is also a metro station nearby for one of the best lines.
The rooms are of a good size for Paris, with enough space for travel bags and clothes for a 4-5 days stay.
The bathroom was not in good condition. The water did not flow from the washbasin, as well as from the bathtub. Also, the bottom of the bathtub was damaged, so we had to shower in our slippers.
The hairdryer did also not work.
I know these things happen in hotels, but they do not warrant such a high room price if not maintained correctly.
Additionally, there were construction works on a building nearby, which woke us every morning. And the cafe/restaurant next to the hotel had often very loud guests in the evening - so make sure to ask for a quiet room.
It’s my 3 rd time at Duret hotel , Charley very helpful and welcoming, rooms renovated , excellent location near metro station and many restaurants .

Wonderful boutique hotel in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to the Arch de Triomphe. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Lots of USB drive outlets. The breakfast was American, so eggs and breakfast meats are available. The stores around are helpful such as a pharmacy, fruit stand, cafe, sushi, liquor store, clothing and jewelry store... Book the suite with the wraparound balcony on the 5th floor. It was awesome. There are French doors to the balcony from even the bathroom!
