La habitaciones limpias y reformadas..la ubicación y la amabilidad del personal
Juanma en el comedor aunque ha sido amable y servicial tiene un tono de voz muy alto y resultaba muy incómodo escuchar la conversación con el resto de huéspedes..

Die Lage direkt am Strand ist sehr gut. Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich Auswahl mit gutem Kaffee. Das Zimmer war gut, leider das Fenster zum Innenhof und wir konnten das Fenster nicht offen lassen, da die Lüftung genau unter dem Fenster war. Das Zimmer war eher klein hatte aber alles was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage war sehr leise, aber leider genau über dem Bett, so dass wir sie während der Nacht nicht laufen lassen konnten.
Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

La excelente ubicación, servicio de limpieza y amplitud, calidad de la habitación y personal de recepción muy agradable.
El desayuno buffet era más flojo porque había poca variedad.
Fronte mare e pet friendly. Dista circa un quarto d’ora a piedi dalla metro di Bilbao. Staff molto cordiale e molto accogliente anche nei confronti del nostro cane. Attenzione solo al parcheggio, si paga dalle 10 alle 20 ( agosto 2026) e conviene pagarlo tutta la giornata (7,50 eur) altrimenti non si può parcheggiare in zona nell’ora successiva a quando è scaduto il parcheggio. Se viaggiate in macchina, contattate l’hotel che vi fornirà le info più aggiornate.
Great location, right across from the beach and a very nice restaurant next door. Very friendly staff (Sergio, especially). Very clean and quiet.
For a recently refurbished hotel I would have expected USB chargers somewhere in the room. Nope.

Hotel byl velmi čistý, dobře vybavený, personál milý, snídaně výborné, služby mi přišly na typ hotelu a cenu nadstandardní.
Jedinou výtku mám k nádobí u snídaně - často špinavé a upatlané příbory, skleničky, těžko se vybírala čistá.
