It took us an hour to check in because the instructions we were given were for a completely different property. There is no staff onsite, and communication with this company was poor at best. We honestly thought we had been scammed. The instructions felt like an escape room puzzle. We also needed to pay $17.00 for parking (in order to leave the parking lot), which was an unexpected additional expense. The bed was uncomfortable and no bedside tables surprised us (in a negative way).

I had some trouble with the automatic lock, 2 coffee pods for a 4-night stay. For 1 person max in my opinion.
Everything was perfect!!
The suite is a beautifully renovated historical building in a great location right downtown. Kitchen and bath have modern appliances, and there is even a small washer/dryer combo for clothing! Check in and out were smooth and seamless.
Glass shower was not the best for our situation, in addition, I needed some instructions for the TV remote, as I couldn't figure it out.

The bed frame was broken, mattress is extremely uncomfortable and both my wife and I woke up barely being able to move. Pillows are so used up there’s nothing to them. The walls were really dirty as well as the carpet. You could tell the cleaners just kind of go through and don’t do any deep clean anytime.

Boutique Hotel with classy updated amenities. Convenient location with plenty of off street parking. Very walkable Main Street with plenty of cosy bars and restaurants in walking distance. Very clean! Staff went out of their way to be helpful!
