Chambre assez petite mais fonctionnelle et très propre. Bon petit déjeuner varié. Personnel très sympathique. Bien situé pas très loin de la gare de SHINJUKU.

Beautiful location, think about room when booking
Pros:

The staff were super lovely, welcoming and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were fantastic and the location was excellent, making everything very convenient and enjoyable.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room size was a major downside for us. For 2 adults and 1 child, there was simply not enough space for 3 suitcases and virtually zero room to walk around comfortably. The room also felt incredibly hot, even with the temperature lowered, although luckily we could open a window which helped. Due to the cramped room size and lack of comfort, I personally wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent first visit to Tokyo in great location
Pros:

The location was excellent, room very small but spotlessly clean and everything we needed was provided. Included buffet breakfast was a nice bonus too. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Pros:

The breakfast was really good, and has a nice variety of items. It is a self serving buffet with both American style breakfast as well as Japanese style breakfast.
We also liked the location. It is really close to kabukicho, and if you are on the mood for walking, you can get easily to Geon Garden and Mejia Jinju temple. It is really close to Shinjuku station.

Pros:

The location and price were amazing. So central to the Shinjuku area and huge tourist spots / underground transport access. The price was very good. The size and price of the twin bedroom were very good for the central location in Tokyo as was the cleanliness of the room.
