Buon hotel situato a 5 minuti a piedi da Shinjuku e Kabukicho.
La posizione è sicuramente il punto forte dell'hotel, vicino ad un quartiere animato come quello di Shinjuku e comodissimo anche per prendere i mezzi pubblici.
Comodissima la lavanderia a gettoni situata all'interno dell'hotel.

Cons:

Camera davvero piccola (conforme agli standard Giapponesi) con pochissimo spazio per i bagagli.
