Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Great Barrington Lenox/Berkshires

The fastest check in I have ever experienced. The front desk staff were super friendly as was everyone we encountered. The room was immaculate and the bed was very comfortable.
Was there for a concert at Tanglewood. It was a little under 20 minutes there

This is very nice hotel part of the Marriott family. It is very clean and well maintained. The staff is exceptional in their professionalism and courtesy. They cannot do enough to ensure the satisfaction of the guests. The breakfast has eggs, sausage and the typical variety of yogurt, fresh breads, pastries and waffles. Though I am not personally a fan of these hotel breakfasts it certainly will give you energy for the day. I would not hesitate to recommend this property while visiting the greater Berkshire region and Tanglewood.

We’ve stayed at the Marriott Fairfield in Great Barrington several times over several years. Yes, it’s a standard hotel chain. That said, the entire hotel is spotless, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the breakfasts are very, very good. It fits the bill *perfectly* for a Tanglewood weekend. Highly recommended.

We stayed here to attend a Boston Pops concert at Tanglewood. The hotel was easy to find and conveniently close to the venue as well as a variety of placed eat. Our room was ready when we arrived, even though a bit earlier than standard check-in time. We were greeted warmly and checked in within minutes. Our room was spotlessly clean. As Bonvoy members, we have our preference for feather pillows entered into our profile, though we always need to ask to have them sent up. This is the very first time we found the extra feather pillows already waiting for us on the bed with a kind note wishing us a pleasant stay...someone actually read the profile and cared enough to honor our preference! That's hospitality! Highly recommended.

Very nice. Your staff is helpful and welcoming. The breakfast troupe in particular have energy and verve and do a great job. I enjoyed your pool very much.
I think you might consider upgrading the look and vibe of your lobby; at present it is a little forlorn when a guest first checks in mid- to late-afternoon. To mitigate the tendency for the lobby to become a boring back drop to the check-in process and rhythm of the day, some of your competitors put out a coupe of urns of lemonade and ice water; coffee and tea; and often a platter of cookies and fruit; available from mid-morning and through the day until evening. I suspect the cost is nominal and the maintenance might be overseen by one of the desk staff; a bit more to ask of them but I think a good investment. It is a nice touch that connotes warmth and hospitality. Small gestures (appealing to the eye and taste), as you know often influence hotel selection. Please consider it.

The staff was excellent and professional

I arrived to find that the package I had FedExed to myself had already been taken to my room; this is the only place that does that, saving me the trouble! There was a good, hot breakfast included each day, with eggs and two choices of meat. The staff were warm and welcoming without exception. I always stay here when I'm in the Berkshires.

The staff was great, there was always someone at the front desk. They were able to recommend restaurants and activities in the area. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious there were lots of options and they had great coffee.

I stayed there for 10 days. Very comfortable and they were able to keep me in the same room, although I was originally booked into a different room for the first 5 days. My only complaint is that housekeeping skipped my room the day I removed the "Sleeping" tag from the door. However, the front desk brought me fresh towels within 15 minutes of me notifying them.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Fairfield by Marriott Inn in Great Barrington, MA. From the moment I stepped through the door, the staff was very helpful and welcoming. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and my room was spotless. The complimentary breakfast had delicious selections that I enjoyed. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

The staff is so friendly and accommodating I love going to this hotel the rooms are very clean tho the water pressure in the showers could be a bit stronger I think that’s the only complaint I have every day the staff is so welcoming and actually have conversations with you I’d definitely recommend this hotel location to everyone in the future
