Pros:

So far, it has been the best accommodation I had stayed in Japan. Space is great, super clean, and location is fantastic! Literally 2 minutes from the Kyoto station and surrounded by awesome restaurants.

Walking distance to Station very clean just opposite 7-Eleven store idle for families was driving for a couple multiple kids and lots of luggage.

Comfortable, Safe and good Location
Pros:

The hotel location was close to Kyoto Station, Aeon Mall, Restaurants and Cafes. Rooms are standard Japanese size so slightly small, but it is Japan :) however the bathroom was very spacious. The public bath on the ground floor was a good experience and used it every night to relax - perfect to end your day after long walking. Staff were helpful and friendly especially when arranging transport for luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo (As you don’t want to carry this on the Shinkansen)

Cons:

Just that the rooms are small but you get used to it.
