Convenient, well stocked serviced apartment
Pros:

Great location, easy access to MRT and also has a convenient pick up and drop off zone outside for taxis or grabs.

Rooftop pool and also a playground area for children.

Industrial washing machines and dryers which can do wash or dry cycles under 1 hr. Very convenient but a bit expensive at ~$9 per cycle.

Staff gave us adjoining rooms which was very considerate for our family. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, cleaning items etc.

A fantastic cot (a real one, not a travel cot) with a comfortable mattress, mattress protector and cover was provided for our baby.

Heaps of storage and shelving space.

Cons:

Requested a room refresh with the door tag but the room was not refreshed on one of our days.

Cons:

Haben es gebucht, weil mit guten Blick geworben wurde. Dies war leider nicht so, nur Blick auf Innenhof/Spielplatz, fühlte sich an wie Erdgeschoss. Würde es nicht nochmal buchen

Rigtig fint hotellejlighed. Beliggende var god med god transportmuligheder.
Værelset havde en rigtig fin størrelse med et fint walk in closet. Toilettet var rummeligt samt et veludstyret køkken.

Location, plenty of spam
Pros:

The location is only 2-3 minutes from both Bencoolen and Bras Basah MRT stations, and various bus lines along Middle Rd and Bras Basah Rd, so access to public transport is great.
The roof top pool is of a decent size with lounge chairs for your comfort, a wading pool for kids and a small spa type pool to relax in after a hot day out siteseeing.
The deluxe apartment was very comfortable with a separate bedroom, separate lounge area and a nice kitchenette with full size fridge.
The bed was large but could do with an upgrade, I think it has seen better days.
Individual air con control in each unit.
The staff were all very helpful and obliging, from reception to housekeeping.
Plenty of clothes storage in the walk in robe.

Cons:

As already mentioned, the bed could be replaced it is showing its age and not the most comfortable of beds.
The lounge should be replaced, quite a few stains and exceptionately saggy seat cushions, not very comfortable.

Property with great location
Pros:

My 3rd stay here. Excellent location with 2 MRT stations and bus stops are just less than 5 mins walk. Property is also surrounded by many restaurants, bars and food court. We appreciate the big safe provided.

Cons:

You need to go into the bathtub to shower and the water keeps flowing out of the bathtub which will wet the floor mat. The kitchen has been refurbished but the rest of the room's furnishing are old.

Spacious rooms for Singapore standards and great central location. The nasi padang downstairs is fabulous.
Daily cleaning is a plus.
We have stayed here many times.

Cons:

The bed is quite uncomfortable and pillow cases are too small for the pillows. One would think ASR would standardise these basics.
No ASR points when booking via booking.com.
