The Room was specious and clean
The size of the pool(s) was a joke very small and round so real swimming was possible. Very few sun chairs which very reserved with towels by 11am. Beach chair were only available for pay. Staff was unfriendly. Food was totally overpriced

La ubicación es excelente y el personal de recepción es muy amable y atento. Nos permitieron quedarnos el día del check-out en las instalaciones para seguir utilizándolas.
El personal de restauración parece estar un poco quemado. Un camarero del restaurante de la piscina nos retiró la comida sin haber terminado y el personal de la pizzería se veía un poco estresado durante la cena.
It has several swimming pools
Some of the staff where not friendly, the food was not good quality.
A Villa em que ficamos era bastante espaçosa embora em uma das casas de banho o espaço do chuveiro era minusculo e sem iluminação. As instalaçoes em termos de piscina em geral sao boas, os restaurantes japones e atlantico sao otimos mas mesmo sendo hospedes precisa reservar como quem não esta hospedado entao não tem necessariamente vantagem. Os campos de tenis sao bons apesar de mal conservados. Fiz uma massagem e foi excelente. Ginásio ok mas podia ser maior. Equipamentos do ginásio de boa qualidade. O Kids Club é maravilhoso e engaja as crianças de todas as idades.
A iluminação das Villas é insuficiente, nem sempre os carrinhos de golf estão disponíveis e as Villas são longe, o horário do check in é 16hs mas o check out é 10hs - um absurdo sendo que se você é “importante” pode entrar antes - o café da manhã apesar de excelente tem sempre muita fila, tudo é pago à parte - uso do campo de tênis, uso do banho turco, piscina aquecida etc. A sauna estava quebrada durante toda semana em que lá estivemos. Poucas e insuficientes passadeiras. Todos os restaurantes do hotel são muito caros. A falta de acesso do carro às Villas para carregar e descarregar pode dificultar muito em especial em vilas mais longe como a minha.
