Pros:

It was a beautiful room with the perfect set up for kids with an enclave with twin beds within the wider room with living room and bedroom. The location was great and the staff were so helpful, especially when we were urgently trying to find nappies one night.

Alles in allem war es am Ende ein schöner Ausgangspunkt für eine wunderbare Gentbesichtigung
Pros:

Man muss genau bei der Buchung achten, was man bucht. Wenn man ein normales Zimmer was nicht so billig ist bucht bekommt man wirklich ein unsägliche Zimmer. Allerdings muss man sagen nach Nachfrage haben wir dann doch ein recht hübsches Zimmer mit Blick auf den Kanal bekommen.
Die Angestellten waren sehr, sehr hilfreich und super freundlich.
Das Hauptproblem liegt an booking.com wenn man wunderbare Zimmer zu sehen bekommt und am Ende, wenn man nicht die oberste Klasse nimmt nur sehr, sehr einfache ohne Einheiten

excellent; one of the best hotels we have stayed in recently
Pros:

did what it said on the tin! The rooftop breakfast room was excellent; the beds were very comfortable, and the room well equipped with little or no sign of any deterioration in decor or fittings. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. There is also a nearby underground car park ( the Verijdagmarkt) which is itself is very good if a tad expensive. would we stay in this hotel again... yes definitely

Overall great and super helpful staff
Pros:

The bathroom was clearly newly renovated and super nice. I really liked the brick wall and seeing the canal from our window was cool. It felt a bit strange to be on the first floor and people could just like see into your room when they went on by the boat, but it was still a fun experience.

Cons:

As a big fan of hotel bars, this one was quite small. The breakfast area was on the top floor so it had great views would’ve been awesome to have a bar there instead of just in the lobby.
