Very agreeable.
Pros:

Location and ease of use of facilities. Plus being allowed to store a bag during the last day was appreciated. Tour de France on the sport channel was a bonus.

Cons:

A nice initiative (for all small/medium city centre hotels actually) would be to offer free use of bicycles to use around the city. These could be adorned with the hotel livery as an advertisement opportunity.

Overnachting met de familie tijdens de Gentse feestje

Grote kamer, netjes maar rook onfris zonder de AC aan...qua locatie was heel goed ontbijt voor mij was spot on... Heel vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel prijs kwaliteit klopt...

Cons:

De kamer hoewel netjes opgemaakt rook onfris en de meeste stopcontacten en nachtlampjes werkten niet of had geen stroom, in de badkamer was qua zeep en shampoo prima msschn een ideetje omdat er toch een vanity doosje is met watjes enzo... Msschn kan er een wattenstaafje nog bij...voor de rest hebben wij van ons verblijf genoten...

Perfect location for a weekend in Ghent
Pros:

Perfect location and a bit overpriced but that is probably because of the festival. The location is really spectacular and it was a great stay overall.

Cons:

First night the bed was terrible (extremely hard) but the staff managed to changed the mattress for us which was a great help. Thank you.

Hôtel agréable et bien situé !👍👌
Pros:

Nous avons aimé son emplacement dans le centre historique de Gand et sa déco industriel. Les lits étaient très confortables et pour notre part, la chambre familiale et la salle de bain étaient très spacieuses. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était très varié et nous avons apprécié le réfrigérateur réservé aux intolérants au lactose ou végan avec des yaourts et boissons au lait de soja. Le personnel est très agréable.

Conveniently located for city centre & pleasant stay
Pros:

Great location only few minute walk to square. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. Room was cleaned daily. Good price for the location! Staff were nice!

Cons:

The hotel was a bit underloved. Seemed to be refurbished but some of the decor was unfinished. The room had air conditioning but it didn’t really work as couldn’t get the room temp below 24 degrees.

Heerlijk !!!

De rust en de locatie en prachtige kamers

Cons:

Het ontbijt was de eerste ochtend een invasie van iedereen die op het laatste moment wou ontbijten en er was gewoon niet genoeg voor iedereen op zo een korte tijd. Dit was natuurlijk ook door de drukte van de Gentse feesten. Maar voor de rest een heerlijk ontbijt. Mss fijn als het ontbijt altijd tot 11u is dan is de drukte wat verspreid.
