Pros:

The hotel’s location is excellent, close to many sightseeings, restaurants, cafes, bars, etc. The surrounding area however is very quiet at night, so there’s virtually no noise. The rooms are very spacious, while the personnel is very friendly and polite.

Pros:

Staff were all very helpful.
Room was lovely, beautiful view of the canal. Double bed and bath as requested.
Very central location, easy to get everywhere in the city.

Cons:

The building work next door (and all over the city!), but that was not the fault of the hotel.

Pros:

Dier Lage des Hotels war sehe gut. Alle wesentlichen Sehenswürdigkeiten leicht fußläugig erreichbar.

Pros:

I loved our room. We had a ground floor room with a canal view so it was like being on the water, with a tree outside the window and boats and coots going past. Also the hotel is in a former industrial building, and the huge window, wooden ceiling and iron girders were a fine way to remember that. The location is great, just round the corner from one of Ghent's main squares.

Cons:

Nothing really, although there were no nice extras eg free water, or exceptional staff, which can make a difference to a hotel stay (and review rating!)

Overall very satisfied with the experience with the breakfast as a highlight.
Pros:

Room very nice, breakfast excellent and extensive, great location.

Cons:

The only issue was in using the thermostat. The directions were confusing and we had to get someone to come up and show us how to use it. Then it was still confusing☺️

Pros:

Heel duur voor een beetje comfort

Comfortabel bed, ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid

Ze waren net binnen werken aan het doen, en onverwacht en zonder kloppen opende een werkman mijn deur met zijn sleutel om een herstelling te doen van mijn deur terwijl ik dus in de kamer zat.
