Very comfortable rooms, well decorated lobby, and very convenient restaurant and bar for meals and drinks. The entire staff was very nice and attentive.
Free coffee all day in the lobby would be nice.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room appeared clean. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant.
The pillows are awful. They give no support and completely collapse with any weight. I really didn't like the cockroaches that crawly down my headboard and across my Yeti in the night. I especially didn't like having to pack my bags and change rooms in my pajamas. And I didn't like the fact that they promised to comp part of my room price and that never happened.

Clean enough, the people are all very nice, and it's a short drive to many restaurants and the airport. But do not stay in room 220, as it is right next to an electrical / HVAC room and it's very noisy all of the time.

The hotel is great, in a great location. Worked with the sales team for a large group and Sheleia Taylor and Kaitlyn Ferris are a dream to work with and have bent over backwards for us! They are very knowledgeable and helpful with every problem we have had and we change EVERYTHING constantly!

Check in wasn’t easy then at 10:30pm front desk called woke me up asked me if I will still be checking in? Then checkout house keeping rushed us out opened the door didn’t knock and said when ya leaving. Wish o was kidding horrible

I plan to stay at this hotel tomorrow. An email said I could save 20% by using the app. The price in my app was the same price shown in other websites. I called the hotel directly and Johnnie gave me a better price. Thank you, Johnnie.
Stayed for a week on business accompanied by my wife, the hotel was clean and room service was pretty thorough. That is the good.
The front desk has an issue separating food and beverages from the room, and applying credit (if you have it-which we did). To the point that room rates start to change price once separated. Also, my wife's and my credit(s) are mis-aligned and wrong. They will not allow you to speak to their manager. When, explaining the problems the front desk immediately, blames the whole group and insists the GM and assistant managers are too busy and will not talk. They have taken my number down 3x ( with a promise of a return call-0 have happened) I know for a fact 1 other person has called with the same answer/outcome 4 times now. Also, another member called 2x at the least and at least once (that I know of ) all with the same response. That is at least 10 different times times the Front Desk has not followed through with their word, for 4 people.
There was a group of 5 and only 1 person received their correct bill. All 4 remaining are having the same issue with the front desk. Lack of help, Lack of professionalism, Lack of understanding, Lack of Customer Service
The restaurant was very slow, and overpriced. The wait was slow due to understaffing, not the actual staffers. Food was always half way hot, sides were always cold. More on lack of personnel than wait and cooks themselves. Total lack of management and Leadership.
Didnt try breakfast but room was comfy and clean.

Front desk needs more help. Can be quite slow sometimes.
I loved that they have clean hygiene (shampoo, conditioner and lotion) products! I am no longer using products with phthalates, and was thrilled to see Hilton has also done away with them.
I also loved being able to take a hot bath after a long day on the road, and have excellent Wifi. The facilities (gym) were excellent, and I felt very comfortable.
There was a charge for water. This made me wonder what I would be charged for, so I didn't even use the coffee machine in the room.
