Si vous n'avez pas lu cela, vous rentrez de la plage et la chambre n'est pas encore nettoyée.

J'ai aimé la situation de l'hôtel dans la ville de Trouville. A part cela pas grand chose.

Cons:

Je n'ai pas aimé le fait de demander un service pour ma femme qui célébrait son 38e anniversaire ainsi que notre 3e année de mariage.

Je l'on me dit on fera le nécessaire sans ajout de votre part et que j'ai même insisté pour payer ce service en plus.

Je voulais simplement une attention particulière comme une petite déco ou une attention qui lui aurait fait plaisir.

La seule chose qui a était faite est une serviette en forme de coeur posé sur le lit...

Je n'ai pas aimé le manque de propreté de la chambre nous sommes à Trouville nous payons plus de 200€ la nuit tout de même...

Je n'ai pas aimé le manque de tact du personnel de l'accueil ( à part une jeune demoiselle qui nous à reçu le soir )

Je n'ai pas aimé le fait qu'il n'y ai ni ventilateur ni clim ou autre système pour pouvoir se rafraîchir.

Je n'ai pas aimé le fait que cet hôtel se prends pour un haut standing est qu'en réalité c'est un b&b de bord de mer.

J'ai été très déçu, ma femme très déçu et je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans votre établissement...
