Die Lage. Aber keinen Parkplatz angeboten bekommen.

Cons:

Das Schwimmbad war gesperrt und es war nicht auf der Homepage oder bei der Buchung sichtbar. Auch die Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft war nicht erwähnt. Das Zimmer wurde nicht sauber gemacht.

Top Lage am Casino von Trouville. Sehr gutes Frühstück.

Leider war das Schwimmbad während des gesamten Aufenthaltes wegen Renovierung geschlossen.

Un peu décevant pour un 4 étoiles et cher.
Pros:

La vue de la chambre. La localisation.

Cons:

La piscine est fermée depuis plusieurs semaines sans qu’on en soit informées.
Le buffet, de la quantité sans qualité. Aucun produit bio ni œufs frais.
L’accès à la douche dans une baignoire n’est pas pratique.
Le ménage est est effectué à minima.
Une bouilloire serait appréciée.

L’emplacement, la vue

Cons:

J’ai indiqué par 2 fois que je venais fêter mes 40 ans, je n’ai eu aucun clin d’œil, ni attention. Alors, pourquoi nous demander la raison de notre venue (à 2 reprises) si ce n’est pas pris en compte?

Vous n'êtes pas du tout à la hauteur d'un 4 étoiles!
Pros:

Emplacement
petit déjeûner correct mais il n'y a pas d'oeufs à la coque, ni d'omelette, ni d'oeufs sur le plat

Cons:

personnel pas souriant
pas de climatisation en pleine canicule (vous n'avez sans doute jamais entendu parler du réchauffement climatique)
possession de la chambre à 16h et départ à 11h (regardez la concurrence!!!!)
piscine fermée mais tarifs maintenus
vous ne méritez pas plus de 2 étoiles, et donc vos tarifs ne sont pas justifiés
