Notre séjour s’est bien passé. On reviendra.

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse du personnel, l’emplacement de l’hôtel proche la plage et du centre ville, un excellent petit déjeuner, la propreté de l’hôtel. La chambre était juste équipé, pas de climatisation, petite salle de bain . Très belle piscine bien équipée de transat. Dans l’ensemble nous étions très contents . On reviendra.

La chambre est "MANSARDEE".
On ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenetre à cause des "MOUETTES"!!!!
Il n'y avait pas de climatisation, seulement un petit ventilateur sur pied!!!

vue sur mer (même si vue partielle seulement). Possible d'aller à la mer à pied ainsi qu'au centre ville de Trouville. Propreté de la chambre. Bon petit déjeuner. Parking.

Cons:

Aucun siège pour s'assoir sauf un "pouf" tout petit et pas de bureau dans une chambre dite supérieure.
Aucun téléphone dans la chambre donc impossibilité de joindre la réception en cas de problème.

très beau séjour excepté le prix du chien et le frigo en panne à 37°

très bon petit déjeuner, il manquait la clim dans les chambres beaucoup trop chaud. le frigo ne fonctionnait pas j'ai pu tout jeter les aliments du chien ou nos charcuterie. cher payé pour mon chiwawa qui était propre et fait 1kg800

le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, pas de clim, trop chaud dans les chambres, payer 120€ pour un chiwawa de 1kg800 qui a été propre et de tout façon j'avais ses alèses. il était sorti plusieurs fois par jour et faisait ses besoins dehors et crotte ramassée et mise à la poubelle, il n a jamais aboyé dans l hôtel

Clean, good sized rooms but overpriced for a mass tourist type of hotel.
Pros:

Location was good, room was large.

Cons:

Really overpriced for a hotel that is pretty basic and for more mass groups of tourists. Pool wasn't available and bathroom and the public toilet facilities downstairs and walkway to the breakfast area lacked any design finesse, bit like being in a hospital or school. They've tried to improve the reception area but need to bring other areas up to higher standards.
