Schlaflose Nacht

Die Lage ist sehr zentral

Cons:

Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt und können die 5-Sterne-Bewertung des Hotels absolut nicht nachvollziehen.

Die Nacht war für uns praktisch schlaflos. Mitten in der Nacht löste sich ein LED-Klebestreifen von der Decke direkt über dem Bett. Dabei sahen wir, dass dieser lediglich mit einfachem Klebeband befestigt war – etwas, das in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie wirklich nicht passieren sollte.

Zusätzlich gab es keine richtigen Bettdecken, sondern nur zwei sehr dünne Laken, wodurch es nachts unangenehm kalt war.

Ein weiteres großes Problem war die extreme Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Man hört wirklich alles: zufallende Türen, Gespräche am Gang und sämtliche Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern. In unserem Stockwerk befand sich zudem eine Gruppe junger Männer, die die ganze Nacht laut gefeiert hat. Wir haben deshalb sogar gegen 6 Uhr morgens bei der Rezeption angerufen und uns beschwert, jedoch ohne erkennbare Verbesserung.

Nachdem wir ohnehin kaum geschlafen hatten, stürmte am Morgen gegen 8 oder 9 Uhr auch noch die Reinigungskraft ohne Anklopfen ins Zimmer – obwohl wir an diesem Tag auscheckten. Hier scheint die interne Kommunikation überhaupt nicht zu funktionieren.

Besonders enttäuschend fanden wir außerdem den Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde beim Auschecken. Als „Kompensation“ wurde uns lediglich eine Weinflasche oder ein Transfer zum Flughafen angeboten. Angesichts der zahlreichen Probleme und der praktisch schlaflosen Nacht empfanden wir das nicht als angemessene Lösung.

Für den Preis und den Anspruch eines 5-Sterne-Hotels erwarten wir definitiv ein anderes Niveau an Komfort, Ruhe und Professionalität. In einem günstigeren 3-Sterne-Hotel hätte man über manches vielleicht hinwegsehen können – aber in dieser Kategorie ist das schlicht nicht akzeptabel.

Wonderful family stay, close to everything and walkable to train station. Staff was excellent.
Pros:

The location was central to the beach, City of Arts and Sciences and the Central Market and Plaza. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. Staff was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful and kind.

Pros:

Location of the hotel is good, the staff is very friendly and supportive. Complimentary chocolate was nice. Hotel provided parking service for additional price 27 eur but it is comfortable option.

Cons:

The towels were grey, the room was tiny. The breakfast is poor, no fresh vegetables or herbs, a lot of meat instead. Common area are not good cleaned( sauna, toilets).

El hotel en lineas generales bastante bien, tengo que destacar lo agradable que era el personal.

Cons:

En cuestiones a mejorar diría el colchón de la cama, no me pareció muy cómodo y el buffet me pareció algo escaso de variedad, pero correcto, las instalaciones de gimnasio y spa, bastante pequeño, sin embargo para ser un hotel 5* las expectativas se quedan un poco altas.

Excellent service of the front desk staff

Cons:

We booked a room with terrace. Unfortunately it was on ground floor outside not in the main building. It was rather dark and felt like being in a cellar. The staff made it possible to move us in a better room in the main building.

Excellent neighborhood excellent hotel perfect for walkers
Pros:

Loved this location, easy stroll to all of the amazing historical sites,and fabulous neighborhood restaurants.
You are also right by the bridge of flowers, which is delightful. You can easily access the beautiful river park!
Highlight of this hotel is the incredibly helpful and kind staff. Jesus was amazing. He absolutely takes a little extra to make sure you feel comfortable and welcomed at this hotel - must point out that everybody there was lovely! Friendly, welcoming and of course very professional this includes the housekeeping ladies who dropped off little chocolates and extra coffee with a smile.
The hotel is beautiful with an open courtyard and a lovely spa, which is a pool with waterfall and Jacuzzi jets, Great after long walks, plus steam room, a sauna and a gym.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back.

Non do il massimo per via della colazione…un po’ scarsa per il livello dell hotel.Poca presenza di parte dolce e non sempre rifornita in qualunque orario.

Late April 2026 Break
Pros:

Currently enjoying our last night at this lovely hotel. From the minute you arrive you are looked after by the attentive staff . Was greeted with a glass of Cava on arrival and even though arrived at 11am was booked in with no fuss about 3pm arrival times . The breakfast is lovely and as ever the staff are fantastic. Hotel is central to most attractions. We were allocated room 19 on the courtyard- which is roomy and although a little dated in the bathroom ( tiles ) a large and accessible room . Overall a wonderful stay mainly down to the wonderful staff especially on the bar side of the hotel. Would recommend to anyone who wishes to stay in Valencia.

Excellent short stay
Pros:

We stayed for two nights in room 109 which was excellent as it was quiet being on the courtyard side rather than the noisy street side . The room was very spacious with everything we needed for our stay including a balcony which was perfect. The facilities were great especially the sauna,steam room and indoor pool.
The hotel is a short walk away from the old town shrouded by shops restaurants and bars.
All the staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. We will recommend to our friends
