Overall meet our expectations
Pros:

Location for botanical gardens was good.

Never again I should havebeen compensated
Pros:

I requested a bath never got it I booked and paid but because I’m homeless and unexpected dilemmas arose I couldn’t get there so I missed the first two days even though I already paid as I paid for 3 so I got 1 night and they kept ringing and threatening to give my room away absolutely ridiculous and horrible customer service

Lovely Staff.
Great brand new gym although it was freezing.
The location to South Melbourne and the CBD is good.

Cons:

The room was very tired and in need of recarpeting and a new heat pump.
The drapes were in a bad state of repair.
Couch is very grubby.

Highly recommend.
Pros:

Great location in a quiet area away from the hustle of the CBD but close enough to walk to everything or jump on the tram with a stop very close by. Lovely building with large rooms and nice fixtures. Staff were friendly and superbly accommodating. Room was clean and very comfortable. Will stay again!

Pros:

We have stayed at Quest many times and we always get looked after. Staff are outstanding rooms well equipped and clean.
Great location safe to walk around the City.

Hassle free, convenient, welcoming, and amazing location.
Pros:

Allows dogs. Location so close to the park is amazing (esp when travelling with pets). Parking is easy. Staff were exceptional.

Perfect for families!
Pros:

Our 2 bedroom appartment was very spacious and comfortable. Location wise - perfect. Few steps to the nearest tram station. Easy access to CBD without the noice, traffic, etc. There is a small cafe right next door and a bigger one around the corner. One downside was the parking - there is maybe 2-3 parks allocated for Quest on each level and the majority of them are in a very tricky spot to get in and out of and made it hard to unpack the car. The other downside was I found the bed super firm, which made it uncomfortable to sleep in.

Very comfortable, clean, well furnished
Pros:

I saw some reviews saying the structure of the apartment is old but overall very clean & welcoming. This is true and the quality of the furnishings - good seating, very comfortable beds, very stylish colours and materials (curtains etc), much more in the ''kitchen'' than usual (though no coffee machine but who needs that with Foremost around the corner) make this apartment which is very conveniently situated a wonderful place to stay.

Convenient apartment living on the edge of Southbank
Pros:

We were in an unrenovated 2 bedroom apartment on the 4th level. It was well equipped with a tiny laundry bathroom and kitchenette with dishwasher and microwave and a dining/ lounge. A decent size for 2 adults and 2 children. There are 2 convenience store type supermarkets on either side of the building block they are in and it’s only a few hundred meters from the shrine of remembrance and the royal botanical gardens and a few kilometres away from flinders street station. It was excellent value for money per night considering we were travelling in the school holidays and having the onsite reception is way more convenient than the other private residences around.

Cons:

It’s 2 stops outside the free transit zone which may be problematic for some people and adds a little cost for travel.
The carpet on room 401 is lifting and the kitchen bench is cracked - all cosmetic and didn’t affect our stay. The toilet was in the bathroom which might be tricky if it was friends and not family staying. If you have allergies to dogs there seemed to be private residences with dogs travelling through the same lifts so that may be an issue also.
