We stay here every time we have something on at the MCG or surrounding sporting venues. Never disappoints

Good location but room was very 'basic'
Pros:

Excellent location/close to grocery store (IGA), cafes and main road/tram route. Beds very comfortable and appreciated toiletries all being provided. Full sized fridge, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher were all handy to have. Lounge was comfortable and also good to have dining table as well as a separate alcove for laptop/work use. Handy to have iron/ironing board in apartment.

Cons:

Carpet in the whole Apartment was threadbare and coming away in areas (which was also a concern as a trip hazard). Curtain in main lounger area did not close fully - upon requesting this to be fixed the staff pinned them up in such a way that we could no longer open the curtains at all. Both were disappointing as this could have been rated 10/10 otherwise.

Spacious, comfy and quiet. Great location. Expensive parking

2 bed unit was spacious and the beds were comfy.
Friendly staff on front desk.

The parking costs were very high.
The carpets weren’t in great shape and the couches dirty, otherwise very clean

Step in bath, which was awkward and dangerous.
Had to ring reception to clean room twice in one day.
Went to reception a few times for clean towels and to restock tea, coffee and sugar.
