Spacious Apartment in a Perfect Spot
Pros:

Our long weekend stay was great and rate was not bad with longer stays discounted as deals. The 1 bedroom apartment was spacious with all the amenities you could need, including laundry, a safe and seating on the balcony (ashtray if you smoke). The staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. Location is great, with the tram around the corner, a small IGA supermarket and coffee shop downstairs. It's about a 20min walk to the CBD. Would definitely stay again.

Decor was grey and dull. Had to ask staff how to use the shower and not have the bath running. Put air con on high heat and got cool air out! There needs to be instructions. Construction site across the road, so unexpected additional noise.

Pros:

Location, cost of parking, friendly staff, overall apartment size, comfort and view.

Cons:

Showers need a good grout mould scrub, 2nd bathroom tiny and tight even for children, parking is challenging with minimal tight spaces, all night whir/hum of a fan or intake machine for another rooms reverse cycle unit.

Very comfortable and perfectly located close to the Arts Centre and the CBD.

Fantastic facilities in a great location.
Pros:

Excellent facilities and so close to where we needed to be. The parking was excellent. So happy with the place.

Cons:

The pillows on my bed were pretty hard but I found some softer ones on the other bed so all good!!

Everything was old; they hadn't renovated anything. There was a strange smell in the room. When you stepped onto the balcony, it was a bit scary because it was sloping downwards, as if it was about to collapse. For such a location, these standards at this price are not reasonable at all.

Was really enjoyable, good service, quiet area, nice view and close to the cbd and a supermarket.
Pros:

Nice View on balcony, quiet area and good services. Clean room, comfortable bedding, plenty of linen. Staff were available to help me when I needed another night to stay last minute which was great.

Cons:

House cleaning went into my room unexpectedly one morning.
I would have liked to have been texted if room service was gonna going to come into my room. I had to put the do not disturb sign on my door handle so they wouldn’t come back.
I had no clue this was gonna happen and I like to have privacy. I felt a little violated . So maybe let the customer heads up and send a notification.
