First Mackinaw Stay
Pros:

The beds were very comfortable. Checkin was easy. The front desk person on Saturday, June 27th was fantastic.

Cons:

For a two bedroom room, I was expecting a bit more room, especially for the price. I would have been better off getting two adjoining rooms.
The breakfast room was small, but the breakfast itself was decent.
Some updates needed throughout with the carpet, pool, etc.

Very close to the main strip in Mackinac city the rooms were exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Nothing what’s wrong with this place except one morning we didn’t have waffle mix for the waffles

Not a great experience
Pros:

It was close to town but no view of the bridge. The bridge is close.

Cons:

Hard beds, flat pillows, small tv, no thermostat in room. Just old junky wall unit that smelled like mildew, shampoo dispensers in the shower with no shampoo. Pool room and windows are filthy and everything is busted up. Staff wasn’t overly friendly. Breakfast was not good they put things out in large sizes like a jar of peanut butter, a gallon of milk that was expired. I would not stay again.

Pros:

Ease of check in. look of building. i don't really have any other things i liked other than the location and that i was able to check in. what do you want from me, an essay? please let it be over. i dont like this.

Cons:

cleanliness was mediocre, lots of dents and scrapes. TV didn't work other than static. Large hole in the siding of the shower from where a handle or something used to be. bed was very uncomfortable. light bulbs were all different colors. stains in carpet.

Location,swimming pool, beds were made very well and clean, thank you.

Cons:

Dirty carpet, refrigerator was broken didn't close, coffee in the room was not good. No orange juice, coffee machine in the cafeteria did not work. Out side door trim falling off.

Paid too much for what we got

The room was clean but it seriously needs to be updated! The fixtures are from the 1960s, dingy walls and carpet. I'm 5'6 and I was taller than the shower tub! Paper thin walls and the cleaner woke us up right before 9 am pounding on our door until my husband answered. He asked if we needed more time! Checkout isn't u til 11 so why on earth are your cleaners pounding on doors at 9 am?!
