Pros:

The room smelled like bleach. There was only one light on at the pool in the evening. The breakfast was powdered donuts, toast and yogurt. The coffee machine was hard to operate.

Pros:

Nice staff. Beds were firm, but ok with lots of pillows.

Cons:

Breakfast was mostly carbs. Shared milk jug, peanut butter, and cream cheese. Walls needed to be wiped down in areas of the room. Room smelled like bleach. Carpet very worn by the door. Shower head was very small with bad water pressure. Air conditioner couldn't keep up.

Very rude office manager ..I won’t return due to this ..also free breakfast consisted of cereal , bagels or waffles …coffee machine was broken as was orange juice and apple juice machines

Cons:

The room Smelled really strong chemicals, my daughter was having breathing issues because of it, we were there for 10 minutes and we asked for our money back to leave because of the breathing problem caused by the room. They said they would refund and they never did. I filed complaint with booking.com and PayPal and have received no help from any of them.

Truly a Bridge View
Pros:

We had a great view of Mackinac Bridge from our balcony, which was so fun! The room was a good size and clean, breakfast had decent variety and tasted great!

Cons:

The pool was very cold, even though it was very hot out we couldn't swim for long because it was too chilly.

DO NOT STAY HERE.
Pros:

The price. That was it. The place was loud all night. Beyond that, it was a place to sleep. The issue really happened two days later when our card, the card we used st thus facility, the new card, never used anywhere else before, was used repeatedly and we are still fighting to get our money back. 8 fraudulent charges before we caught it and locked the card. Again, the card was only used st one place. This place. They have a thief and I hope they step on a Lego everyday for the rest of forever. Do Not Stay Here.

This place , or someone from here stole our card and made multiple purchases before we caught them and blocked the card. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
