Lovely hotel
Pros:

Very convenient for CDG by public transport. Hotel immaculately presented. Room and bathroom were spacious. Great breakfast choices abd staff very helpful and friendly. We really appreciated being given straightforward directions on how to reach the hotel by email.

Comfortable, charming and friendly
Pros:

Everything was perfect from the location to breakfast and staff.
Highly recommend whether one is travelling solo or with family.

Close to airport with a free shuttle. But good luck finding the shuttle at the airport.
Pros:

Small and funky room. The shower is right in the main room. The toilet is in a closet. Funky. The staff was great and we enjoyed some food and drinks in the bar.

Cons:

The shower wasn't private. The instructions for finding the shuttle to the hotel from the airport was worthless. Although part of the problem is with the CDG airport.

La remise octroyé le lendemaîn après une très mauvaise soiree et nuit,,,,

L'absence de solutions à û gros pb de lit avec 5 lattes cassées sur le sommier... seule reponse du responsable le soir : si vous trouvez un autre hôtel (en plein salon MOM...) je vous rembourse et cela a 21h20...
Et en plus une facture initiale aa 242 balles pour un affichage des prix le soir même a 109 chercher l'erreur
Bien dommage car c'était la 4ème fois que l'on venait mais ce changement de stratégie suite au rachat récent de l’hotel découvert le soir même. Et les 3 premières fois étaient super.... mais la 4eme sera la dernière malgré le geste commercial du matin

La personne de l'accueil le lendemain matin qui a pris en charge notre sortie et entendu nos remarques

Nous avons été très mal accueillis par l'agent d'accueil. J'avais anticipé pour connaître les horaires d'arrivée et la réponse a été 24/24h. Malgré 2 appels à l'interphone, 1 appel téléphonique... pas de réponse. Nous avons dû taper à plusieurs reprises à la porte pour que la personne daigne venir nous ouvrir (en même temps la musique semblait tellement forte qu'il est normal de ne rien entendre. Pour la récupération de la clé de notre chambre la personne a trouvé bon de faire de l'humour en nous disant "Comment vous allez faire, vous êtes 4 alors que vous avez réservé 1 chambre pour 2 !!!". Je lui ai alors montré ma réservation soit 1 chambre familiale de 4 personnes. En explication nous avons eu le droit à ce n'est pas lui mais sa collègue qui a fait 1 erreur ! Et comme par hasard il lui reste 1 chambre pour 4. Désolé mais à 1h du matin avec mes enfants nous n'avons pas ce type d'humour.
