Pros:

El personal es muy amable, la habitación estaba limpia y el desayuno es variado y abundante. La cama es grande y hacen la cama todos los días y te cambian las toallas si lo necesitas.

Cons:

La habitación es algo antigua y solo había un enchufe libre para cargar el móvil y estaba a la altura del suelo. Creemos que no hay wifi en las habitaciones ya que no nos proporcionaron ninguna contraseña y hay un espacio habilitado en la entrada. Para nosotros no fue un problema porque estuvimos casi todo el tiempo fuera del hotel, pero para alguien que viaje por trabajo podría ser un inconveniente.

Es un lugar cómodo. Personal excelente. Espacio para la ropa. Buena cama

Cons:

Un poco lejos del centro histórico. Hubiera preferido ducha y no bañera. Casi no había enchufes. Para la pava eléctrica la tuve que enchufar en el baño y los teléfonos cargarlos en un lugar cerca del piso

La habitación a las 15.30h de la tarde estaba sin limpiar ni reponer, la respuesta fue que priman las entradas a los huéspedes alojados. Higiene no puedo valorarla porque tuvieron dia y medio una cucaracha en la moqueta del pasillo. El agua caliente de la ducha durante el dia genial y a las 00h salia fria. Ha sido una mala experiencia mas que nada por el trato del personal de recepción. Solemos elegir esta cadena porque siempre muy bien pero nos ha sorprendido esta vez para ma

Pros:

Nada, porque una vez confirmada la reserva me llamaron a los pocos minutos del hotel para anularla por estar completo. Tuve que hacer otra reserva en otro hotel a un precio más elevado.
