Lovely hotel facility with lacking receptionist skill

Lovely facility with great location just off I-65
Room very clean, comfortable and well appointed

Cons:

Indian receptionist at front desk with definite language barrier . Continued to ask if I would like to pay cash for room and fee for dog. I replied no as the reservation and fee for our dog was already paid for. He seemed quite inept at checking me in. Offered very little information- where room was located, breakfast hours, etc. He obviously needed more training and improved social skills
