Dissapointing
Pros:

The room was fine, however we took two rooms, paid the same price for each, and one was much better than the other. Larger with an additional couch.

Cons:

We booked expecting to stay at the Pendray Inn and Teahouse with all of the ambience of same. However, we were give a room in the Belleville House with none of the ambience we were paying for. Also the included buffet breakfast would have been ok if were were staying at an airport hotel, but certainly not what we were expecting from the Pendray.

Pros:

Great location, beautiful room, quiet, very comfortable bed

Cons:

Poor signage - several buildings on property and no signage directing to buildings, entranceways blocked off with no signage redirecting to alternative entrance

Historisch tolles Gebäude wenn es dem Alter entsprechend gepflegt werden würde

Leider ist das Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wurde schon seit längerem nicht mehr gepflegt

Charming with a great location.
Pros:

Lovely hotel with a lot of charm and character. Bike Rentals available on the premises and breakfast was delicious. The location was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

We were in Room 7 on the top floor. It was charming, however, extremely warm and there was a loud humming sound that came and went sporatically. Unfortunately while we were trying to sleep. A manager came up around 10 at night but the sound disappeared right before he arrived. We had it again at about 6 in the morning on our departure date and were woken up early.

We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, breakfast was delicious (and we appreciated that they catered for different dietary requirements), location was great and staff were friendly

Cons:

We had an unseasonably warm visit so not having air conditioning in one of the rooms affected us more than anticipated, the curtains and blinds were quite difficult to close/ partially broken in both rooms we booked, and the bathroom extractor fan was very loud (we inadvertently woke up our neighbour using it)

Heerlijk! Genieten, mooie kamers, sfeervol verblijf.
Pros:

De locatie is top, net buite. Het centrum en toch alles op loopafstand. Ik HD suite nr.1 ineen aanrader met klein balkon en een heerlijk bed. Het ontbijt is WOW 4 keuze uit verschillende ontbijt menu’s. Als toetje boek ‘‘s middags een High Tea.

Cons:

De spa/ sauna van het zusterhotel ook voor Pendray gasten beschikbaar stellen.

A charming stay in the heart of Victoria's waterfront
Pros:

Lovely decor in public spaces and bedroom; excellent breakfast; helpful staff; fantastic location; balcony; nice garden

Cons:

The balcony needed maintenance (cleaning and painting)
The bathroom in room 5 was wonderful but the bathroom in room 1 had a drop off into the room. We both fell off the doorway into the room.
