Breakfast was like having high tea in the morning! Myra (might not be spelled right) was an angel! So helpful and kind.
Everything about the Pendray Inn is exceptional. Great location, the integrity of the historical building, food and staff, every aspect of your stay is seen to by the staff.
The staff are really the key to the fantastic experience. Every staff member was friendly, outgoing and asked if they could help in any way. We were there with a British friend who was also duly impressed with everything.

Construction across the street that blocked the view and started around 7:45.
Beautifully maintained property with an authentic Victorian feel. The rooms were lovely and comfortable. Location was excellent, close to harbor and downtown. Loved the English tea breakfast every morning.
We stayed in the lovely Rosewood Room, which was great but only had 1 mirror (in the bathroom). Would be nice to have at least one more mirror in the room.

Les chambres étaient très propres, confortables et pleines de charme. Quant au petit-déjeuner, ce fut un véritable voyage dans le temps : un service à l’anglaise impeccable, dans une ambiance élégante et authentique, avec des plats délicieux.
Le personnel est également très sympathique, attentionné et professionnel, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable.
Nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain passage. Une adresse que nous recommandons vivement !

The staff were friendly and the features from a bygone era. Beautiful gardens and even deer wandering through . So close to the rest of the harbour .
The property was lovely but the construction across the road was noisy unfortunately.
