Location, comfortable bed, breakfast
The pictures for the room I reserved reflected a larger room that didn’t match the room that I was placed in.
The location was amazing and allowed us to leave our car in the parking lot and walk everywhere. Beds were very comfortable. Bath was delightful. Sauna nearby was a plus too. And scones were incredible!
Breakfast was awesome, although instructions about dietary requirements lacked clarity. I booked breakfast included knowing that accommodations would be made, then emailed to provide my dietary requirements and was told no accommodations could be made. I purchased and brought my own gluten free options and plant milk. At the restaurant for breakfast, I found out I had been misled and that accommodations could absolutely be made. Weird misinformation!
The location can't be beat. Our room was spacious and clean. It's an older property, and it's nice, but it could use a little TLC. Sadly, skip the Scottish High Tea. It was just ok. Breakfast was good! Staff was friendly!

We had a late check in so we had to go to their sister property The Huntington Suites. Personally we’re very nice and assisted with our bags. Location was great for several dining options and a shirt walk to catch the Seattle Clipper.
We had a wonderful stay, the rooms were charming and very clean, beds and pillows were very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The tiered breakfast and tea were incredibly tasty.
The beds were a bit on the small side and the bathtub, although changing, was not as practical as a shower. That being said, we would still stay there again without any hesitation.

No guarantee of space for your car in advance of arrival. Each time we stay car park is onlyquarter full, so unclear why the decide this. Very frustrating.
Loved the decor and charm of the hotel. Also loved the sitting room which was separated from the bedroom. Breakfast was very good.
We had a small problem with the shower head which was fixed immediately. The shower option was a little cumbersome but may be the only thing that would work with type of tub.

Breakfast over rated with unusual selection of menus. Mid week male breakfast waiter was abrupt and boarding on rude after keeping us waiting well over 30 minutes by which time the tea was going cold. We decided to go elsewhere for breakfast even though it was included in our 5 day stay.
