Attractive and professional
It’s a beautiful hotel. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the neighborhood. It was in a great location and made it easy to walk to places. The water was hot for a good shower. The breakfast was bountiful. They even had small pancakes with maple syrup and blueberries. Also, we very much enjoyed the steam room and sauna. And, The bus stop is very close to the hotel, which makes it easy to get to the train station.

Incredible staff, very friendly and hard working. Breakfast service staff were amazing, clearing plates instantly and topping up any food that ran out within minutes. Room was nice mix of modern and traditional, super clean and noise isolation seemed good. Couldn't ask for a better location either

Het ontbijt is fenomenaal goed! We hadden geluk dat we eerder mochten inchecken, wat heerlijk was na onze treinreis.

Great location. Very walkable to the city center but very quiet at the hotel. Helpful staff, just a lovely stay. Oh, and cold AC!
Excellent hotel and fabulous location
A beautiful hotel on a quiet street. An elegant lobby with a welcoming staff. The room was clean and bright. The location is within walking distance of all of the landmarks and excellent restaurants Bruges has to offer. We wish we could have had time to step up to their exquisite bar!
