Pros:

A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. Nem tudjuk miért, de jobb szobát kaptunk, mint amit alapból foglaltunk ugyanazért az árért, ezt mégegyszer köszönjük. A szoba nagyon kényelmes volt és közel volt a központhoz.

Spoilt our break and we was very disappointed.
Pros:

Nice looking hotel in a great position close to main parts of Brugge. Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean, staff were friendly as well.

Cons:

We booked a superior room as the info said it was a bit bigger than a standard one but the room they gave us u couldn’t swing a cat round in and after looking at the layout on the back of our door, other than one other it was the smallest than the rest on our floor. The bathroom was really small and the shower screen leaked every time we used it, also the shower head kept falling down, a plastic strip kept coming out the back so we had to keep pushing it back in to keep the head up, it fell down and dug my husband head in two places. Although it was cleaned nicely the carpet was really dirty and stained. When I ask if it was a superior room I was told yes but can’t believe it, also was told if i had booked directly with them I could have been upgraded. So sounds as though booking with booking.com that’s why we got that room it’s not right. Also u could smell the drains in the bathroom it was so strong we didn’t like being in there.
