A mandatory security deposit will be required on arrival and will be paid by credit card in pre-authorization the amount of € 200. This authorization request does not correspond to a debit but to a payment reserve authorized by the banking institution. The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodations, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

L'emplacement près du centre-ville historique proche plage le sous-sol pour garer la voiture même si c'est en supplément et l'accueil des chiens et parc arborer proximité

Côté négatif de cet emplacement, très proche d'un gros rond-. D'un axe principal, beaucoup de passage de véhicule très bruyant

Cons:

The apartment ventilation was very poor and as we were early in the season the whole building needed through air ventilation as inside of unit had a musty smell. The only means of getting good air circulation was by means of ths aircon unit. Sofa bed not comfortable and aircon unit directly over the sofa bed.

Logement tout proche de la mer et des commerces. Rue piétonne à proximité. Une fois votre véhicule garé sur le parking mis à disposition (8 euros par jour) vous faites tout à pied. Un carrefour City à proximité pour faire vos courses. Logement propre avec tous les équipements nécessaires
