Important information:

A mandatory security deposit will be required on arrival and will be paid by credit card in pre-authorization the amount of € 200. This authorization request does not correspond to a debit but to a payment reserve authorized by the banking institution. The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodations, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.

The parking in front of our residence is secured by a barrier. If you wish to access this paid parking, it is essential to contact the residence beforehand.

Baby cots are bookable at the cost of 10EUR per stay, without sheets or mattresses for security reasons.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Immeuble en très bon état très bien entretenu .
Tout est récent. Trajet jusqu à la mer agréable rues commerçantes pittoresques

Cons:

Retour de la plage un peu fatigant en début d après midi à cause de la chaleur

séjour agréable au Pays basque
Pros:

Studio très propre, arrivée et départ bien organisés. Personnel accueillant et serviable. L'emplacement est un peu excentré, mais le centre-ville et les plages sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied. Un supermarché et une boulangerie bien achalandés sont à proximité.

Cons:

Le coût journalier du chien est excessif.

L emplacement proche plage et centre ville.

Cons:

Appartement bruyant car situé sur le boulevard qui descend au centre ville. Nous n avons pas pu profiter du balcon. Un matelas rempli de taches de la tête aux pieds. Décoration vieillotte. Climatisation très mal située car au dessus du canapé lit avec l air frais sur le couchage. Salle de bains petite avec WC face au lavabo. Supplément pour place de parking. Un canapé lit bruyant et défoncé.

Trevlig lägenhet med nära till både strand och stadskärnan.
Livsmedelsbutik alldeles intill. Välkomnande personal, särskilt Celine, som också talade bra engelska. Skulle gärna bo här igen.

La situation de l'hébergement : proche du centre et de la grande plage. l'accueil et la disponibilité du personnel. le fait d'avoir un parking sur place même payant.

Det var förhållandevis prisvärt och läget var bra då stan är så pass liten och avstånden korta.

Cons:

Man var tvungen stänga av AC´n innan vi gick ut på balkongen och vi fick inte ändra temperaturen på AC´n. Så..lite väl rigida regler kring balkong och AC.
