Important information:

A mandatory security deposit will be required on arrival and will be paid by credit card in pre-authorization the amount of € 200. This authorization request does not correspond to a debit but to a payment reserve authorized by the banking institution. The guarantee amount will be returned up to 8 days after the end date of the stay (variable period depending on the banking institutions) if the establishment has found no damage.

Guests staying longer than one week can renew their choice of services at the reception at the end of each week.

Prices include accommodations, bed linen, bath towels, household line, cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and kitchen corner), basic low-speed WiFi (browsing for up to 5 devices), charges and tax (except tourist tax and application fee).

With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodations by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation.

In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancelation fees.

The parking in front of our residence is secured by a barrier. If you wish to access this paid parking, it is essential to contact the residence beforehand.

Baby cots are bookable at the cost of 10EUR per stay, without sheets or mattresses for security reasons.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Bon séjour malgré un problème de propreté
Pros:

La possibilité d’effectuer un check-in en dehors des horaires habituels a été très appréciée et nous a beaucoup facilité l’arrivée. Le personnel est extrêmement aimable, serviable et toujours prêt à aider. Les installations sont de très bonne qualité, la chambre est spacieuse et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour. Le petit balcon offre une vue agréable, ce qui ajoute encore au charme du lieu. Dans l’ensemble, c’est un établissement que je recommande vivement pour son confort, son accueil et la qualité de ses services.

Cons:

Cependant, la propreté n’est malheureusement pas le point fort de l’établissement. J’ai trouvé une cafard dans la cuisine ainsi qu’un autre dans la salle de bain, ce qui a considérablement diminué l’impression positive de mon séjour. C’est dommage, car l’accueil et les installations sont par ailleurs de bonne qualité.

Un très bon séjours , a renouveler.
Pros:

J'ai apprécié le personnel aimables et compétent . La possibilité du garage sécurisé , surtout dans une ville ou se garer est compliqué et l'emplacement , tout peux ce faire a pied. Centre ville 5 mn et Plage à 10 mn.Le studio est bien équipé . Très bon séjour .

Cons:

Le Canapé lit , un matelas un peu plus épais .

Pros:

Nous recommandons. L'accueil de Catherine est chaleureux et est de bon conseil sur la ville. De Passage pour une nuit pour se rendre au Portugal, cet établissement est très bien situé, proche de l'A63, une fois la voiture garée sur le parking public gratuit situé à côté de la résidence et de la police, vous pouvez tout faire à pied même si vous n'aimez pas marcher : le centre ville, le port et la plage. Nous avons apprécié le calme pour passer une bonne nuit et continuer notre route. St Jean de Luz est magnifique.
