L’emplacement et l’environnement de l’hôtel

Cons:

Le personnel est beaucoup moins à l’écoute que l’ancienne équipe
La jeune réceptionniste n’est pas du tout à la hauteur de l’établissement, ses réponses sont totalement déplacer pour un établissement 4etoiles

I would not recommend this hotel or stay again despite comfortable rooms and a nice garden
Pros:

The breakfast had a wide choice but was expensive and it was never points out that there was a cheaper option . The staff at breakfast were made annoying because of unwonted iPad attention / asking us to sign etc

Cons:

The pool opened too late ( 6.30 or 7 please )
I was never offered coffee after a swim
There is no bar and I was never offered a drink
The checkout was chaotic and caused problems . There were too much tech systems and the locked reception scary and horrid You have good garden and there was no early morning access to this . What if there had been a fire !

La posizione ottima e il verde curato e molto piacevole.bello il ristorante anche se non lo abbiamo provato.gli arredi molto eleganti e curati comodo il parcheggio

Cons:

Camera piccolina (curiosamente senza nome o numero) non si capisce bene dove aprire la valigia. Non funzionava la climatizzazione della camera,la doccia senza porta fa allagare un po’ il bagno.
Per una notte pagata in anticipo i 500 euro chiesti dí pre autorizzazione su carta per garanzia sono esagerati

Magnifique endroit, calme. Personnel pas trop à son affaire. Petit déjeuner topissime.
Pros:

C'est une magnifique propriété; endroit calme, à proximité des Baux-de Provence. Très bonne literie, chambre spacieuse. Le petit déjeuner : magnifique; MERCI à la personne qui s'est occupée de sa mise en place, de son accueil et sa gentillesse, nous étions aux petits soins !

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé que le personnel (réception), hormis la personne qui a préparé et servi les petits-déjeuners, manquait de professionnalisme/expérience et d'entregent pour un établissement de cette envergure. Nous n'avons pas compris pour quelle raison nous avons dû verser une caution de 200 euros alors que la chambre avait été réglée à l'avance et que nous leur avons même proposé de régler les taxes de séjour + pt déjeuners + séjour pour notre chien lors du checking in ???

Pros:

Petits déjeuners exceptionnels. Repas excellent. Le restaurant de l'hôtel est de grande qualité.
Le jardin est très beau et bien entretenu.
Jolie chambre
Equipe de l'hôtel très accueillante.

L'insonorisation : léger bruit des voisins par l'aération.

Pros:

L’emplacement, le personnel de l’hôtel et du restaurant étaient aux petits soins, le restaurant était une belle expérience et les plats proposés étaient délicieux.

Cons:

Impossibilité de régler le chauffage dans la salle de bain, air froid désagréable.

Staff needs to improve hospitality.
Pros:

The structure is really nice and rooms are modern, comfy and also warm in cold weather. Bed is great!

Cons:

The staff seemed very lost. We got overcharged (and then refunded) and were denied extra botles of water because the staff responsible for the kitchen was not there (it was 18h30 on a saturday). I had to insist to get water, which is not really good in hospitality terms. People in the breakfast wanted to charge extra for an extra boiled egg, which is honestly insane since we’ve payed 28 euros each for breakfast.

Benvengudo is Provence Perfection - STAY HERE!
Pros:

The room was fantastic and for the space a wonderful deal. The hotel is stunning and one of my absolute favorites! The breakfast, especially the local honey, was absolute perfection.

Cons:

Having to leave.
