Sands River Hoi An Villa

The owner is so lovely and helpful, the rooms are new and clean with beautiful bathrooms.

The highlight is the lounge area that overlooks the river the view is fantastic. A perfect place to lay around and relax and watch the birds fly by.

Dostaliśmy duży pokój z balkonem, bardzo ładny i czysty - codziennie sprzątany z bardzo ładnym widokiem na basen i pobliska klimatyczną rzekę. W domu panuje bardzo przyjazna wręcz rodzinna atmosfera. Sama gospodyni bardzo serdeczna i przyjemna osoba. Bardzo pomocna i życzliwa gospodyni w połączeniu z naprawdę ładnym pokojem z balkonem i świetną lokalizacją villi sprawiły że to były jedne z najlepszych wakacji jakie mieliśmy 😁

L’hôte est très gentille et disponible.
L’extérieur est très beau, avec une belle piscine et des chambres propres et spacieuses.
Le petit déjeuner est très bon également.
À noter que le homestay est à 15 minutes de Hoi An, ce qui est bien car l’endroit est très calme (mais un peu difficile de trouver des Grab disponibles par moment)
Le portail est fermé à partir de 22h, il faut sonner pour que l’on nous ouvre (il s agit d’une Homestay et non d’un hôtel)
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour 😊

Eine außergewöhnliche Lage, direkt am Fluss und sehr nah am Meer. Sehr ruhig, schöner Pool und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Frau Hien ist sehr hilfsbereit, organisiert airport transfer und empfiehlt Schneiderei. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten komfortabel.
Eher ein homestay in der Familie als ein Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen!

De eigenaar ze was zo lief en zo behulpzaam en ook het zwembad is heel mooi.

I extended my stay 4 times at this property, staying total of 14 nights. The owner, Ms Hein and her husband are friendly. They have a mini garden with good benches beside the river. It’s nice, peace and quiet. Very relaxing and good sunset view. Nearby many restaurants and mini marts. I have a free rental of bicycle throughout my stay with 2 bottles of water each day. I will stay here again for my next visit in Hoi An.

Большой сетевой отель, который мы бронировали слетел и мы нашли эту виллу.
и вообще ничуть не пожалели!
Все было чисто, уборка была каждый день. Завтрак вкусный и по нашей просьбе хозяйка резала нам авокадо. Номера чистые и светлые. Кондиционер и вентилятор работали
Отдельное спасибо можно сказать госпоже Хиен за ее радушие. Она действительно старательно выполняет свою работу и переживает за удобство гостей. Она подскажет все, от такси до портного. Это не назойливое и в одно время очень очень приятное общение, которое сопутствует отдыху.

Первую неделю мы ели в разных местах, а со второй недели поняли, что можно никуда не ходить и в любое время по нашему заказу г-жа Хиен готовила нам очень вкусный и сытный обед.

Очень крутая зона у реки и ни у одного отеля по этой линии такой зоны нет. Там есть качели и скамейки, все что нужно для релакса. Расположение отличное: рядом есть и магазины и всякие кафешки. Улица не мертвая, но и не людная. То, что нужно. Доехать до всего довольно быстро и просто. До пляжа идти пешком по комфортной улице.
Мы кайфанули в этом месте и чувствовали себя как дома. Уже скучаем!

Sands River Villa is set by the river in a quiet, picturesque area. Only a short grab ride from the hustle and bustle centre of Hoi An. We met the locals, found some great cocktails and had two massages… just a short walk away. Breakfast is included, which is yum and the host is very helpful!! We loved the small and personal space and the gorgeous surroundings here.

Wir bekamen nicht das Zimmer, welches wir gebucht hatten sondern ein Zimmer neben der Küche im Durchgangsbereich.
Wir konnten kostenlos stornieren.

I really liked the location of the hotel. It was on walking distance to the beach which was a plus.
The personnel was also really nice and they had a nice swimming pool.

Grande chambre avec une jolie vue sur la piscine. La rivière est juste en face pour admirer le coucher de soleil. Les propriétaires sont très agréable et rendent service des que possible. Je recommande.

L'accueil du personnel était incroyable, elle nous a prêté des vélos pour aller nous balader dans les rizières ( gratuitement) puis nous a ensuite loué un scooter pour seulement 6€ la journée avec le plein déjà effectué, nous étions à 10 min en scooter du centre ville d'hoi an.
Le petit déjeuner était délicieux préparé par Hien tous les matins.
Le lieu est si paisible et magnifique, un petit coin de paradis entre le jardin fleuri où se trouve la piscine et leur terrasse au bord du lac où vous pourrez admirer le coucher de soleil.

Es war ein idyllisches familiengeführtes Hotel mit einem kleinen Swimmingpool und einem schönen Garten direkt am Fluss. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Frau Hien war bei Fragen immer behilflich und zuvorkommend und sehr nett. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
