Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt bei Hien und können sie von Herzen weiterempfehlen.

Hien ist eine außergewöhnlich herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie hilft, wo sie nur kann, gibt tolle Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Aktivitäten in der Umgebung und ist jederzeit über WhatsApp erreichbar. Man fühlt sich bei ihr vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens aufgehoben.

Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Ambiente lädt einfach zum Entspannen ein.

Ein absolutes Highlight sind ihre selbstgemachten Bananen-Pancakes – die besten, die wir in ganz Hoi An gegessen haben!

Vielen Dank, liebe Hien, für deine Gastfreundschaft und dafür, dass du unseren Aufenthalt so besonders gemacht hast. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great host, perfect location.
Pros:

We stayed here for 4 nights and couldn’t be happier. The owners are some of the hardest working hosts we’ve met, going all out to make sure our stay was a great one. Being only 200m to the beach and the river on the doorstep was a real bonus. The host also cooked us a delicious breakfast each morning. The beds and pillows are comfortable along with a strong wifi connection. The host provides sun chairs and umbrellas on the river bank making it the perfect spot for coffee or a bite to eat. We highly recommend staying here. Oh, and the pool is an added bonus on a hot day.

Au calme en bord de rivière
Pros:

C’est un petit hôtel tenu par Hien et son mari, très bien placé près de la rivière.
Ils sont adorables et très accueillants
C’est au calme, le seul réveil: les poules du voisin 🤣
Il y a une piscine très jolie

Petit bémol peut être: les petits déjeuners… bons mais pas dingues non plus

The perfect spot to unwind , close to the beach, clean rooms and a lovely host
Pros:

We really loved our host Misses Hien, she is very welcoming and helpful. We booked 2 rooms, a separate room for our 2 kids on the same top floor which was very easy. The rooms were very clean and offered all we needed. We loved to jump in te pool after a hot day. Also the terrace in the back facing the river is nice. Hien helped us to rent a scooter (which was awesome), book a snorkling tour and arrange a taxi to the airport. Always super friendly and supportive. The location is just perfect : 10-15 min by scooter outside the very busy Old town of Hoi An, we preferred being in much calmer and authentic area just 10 min walking to a lovely beach.

We can definitely recommend .
We will miss the banana cake pancakes in the morning.

Pros:

La habitación muy moderna y bonita. El baño también, moderno y limpio. La zona de la piscina es muy tranquila, ideal para tomarse uno o unos días de relax.

Buena ubicación, aunque está alejada del centro. Es lo que buscábamos. Está a 7 minutos de la playa andando.
El personal muy amable.

Cons:

Las cortinas de la habitación no son opacas. Entra demasiada luz desde las 5:30 de la mañana que amanece.

Hein was incredibly kind and hardworking, ensuring that we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It’s a beautiful small hotel with a great pool area and views of the river - amazing at sunset.
It was a perfect place to unwind as it was in a quieter area and there’s no noise at night which we appreciated!
The breakfast was always delicious and the rooms were a good comfortable size and extremely clean and the beds were really comfortable!
After traveling for 3 months this place is a highlight

Alles was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht.
Pros:

Hien ist eine super liebe und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und sehr schnell auf Fragen per Handy geantwortet. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Ich habe alles probiert und es war immer köstlich. Hier wird jeden Tag mehrmals sauber gemacht und Wäsche kann man hier auch waschen lassen. Die Lage, direkt am See, ist auch außergewöhnlich schön und ruhig und zum Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen:) wenn ich nochmal in hoi an bin komme ich auf jeden Fall vorbei.

Cons:

The gates and doors being locked early making it difficult to get in after comming back from dinner or evening wondering. Was left waiting to have door open while waiting for grab to collect us for our journey to another part of Vietnam which resulted in a mad rush to get to our transport. Felt this was a health risk in case of a fire . This place is ok for a 1 night stay but would not go back.

Die Gastgeberin war super nett und zuvorkommend. Man konnte sehr unkompliziert über WhatsApp kommunizieren und immer wann es ging hat sie geholfen, die Lage war super gut direkt am Fluss und nah zu Strand. Die Zimmer waren auch sauber und ziemlich modern.

The highlight is the lounge area that overlooks the river the view is fantastic. A perfect place to lay around and relax and watch the birds fly by.

Dostaliśmy duży pokój z balkonem, bardzo ładny i czysty - codziennie sprzątany z bardzo ładnym widokiem na basen i pobliska klimatyczną rzekę. W domu panuje bardzo przyjazna wręcz rodzinna atmosfera. Sama gospodyni bardzo serdeczna i przyjemna osoba. Bardzo pomocna i życzliwa gospodyni w połączeniu z naprawdę ładnym pokojem z balkonem i świetną lokalizacją villi sprawiły że to były jedne z najlepszych wakacji jakie mieliśmy 😁

Tolle Unterkunft
Pros:

Eine außergewöhnliche Lage, direkt am Fluss und sehr nah am Meer. Sehr ruhig, schöner Pool und ein sehr leckeres Frühstück. Frau Hien ist sehr hilfsbereit, organisiert airport transfer und empfiehlt Schneiderei. Die Zimmer sind groß, die Betten komfortabel.
Eher ein homestay in der Familie als ein Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen!
