This is a historic building, hence not all rooms have windows. There are 3 floors and no elevator.
Dogs are allowed on request, at an extra cost of USD 24 per night please specify in request the size, weight and the bread of the dog, please ask for hotel pet policy. Please note that Hotel CasAntica does not have any special facilities for pets, and therefore they must remain in the same room as the guest.

The bed, was a little un confortable
It is a beautiful hotel without many modern conveniences.
We booked a Jr. Suite and it was very clean but also very small for the price and no elevator.

Perfect location. Close to Zocalo and Sto. Domingo. Around the corner from amazing bakeries and Oxxo for cold beverages.

The hotel is located in a historic building dating back 400–500 years, right in the heart of the historic district. Its beautiful courtyard features a communal Día de Muertos altar where guests can place photos of their loved ones who have passed away. The altar is exquisitely decorated, with a traditional sand-art carpet adding to its beauty. Guests can enjoy their meals in the charming little garden, and even watch the colorful parades right from the street outside the hotel entrance. It is also within walking distance of the Zócalo and the main parade areas. Highly recommended!
The breakfast portions could be a little more generous.
Pésimo el servicio del estacionamiento, no pude salir a la hora que tenia planeado, después de las 5pm tienes que avisar con 15min de anticipación qué vas a llegar, para que te vayan a abrir, después de las 20:00 no puedes meter tu coche, esta muy mal organizado el tema del estacionamiento

El edificio. Es un palacete histórico bien mantenido y con personalidad.
El servicio de valet parking. Fue una odisea conseguir un comprobante de entrega de coche. En todos los servicios de valet parking usados nos brindaron proactivamente el comprobante con hora de entrega, datos del vehículo y del parking. Aquí tuvimos que solicitarlo hasta 3 veces. Después, por confusión del personal nos pidieron que fuésemos a recoger el coche al parking (unos 10 minutos andando con maleta) para decirnos, al llegar al parking que habían llevado el coche al hotel. Así que nos tocó hacer en total 20 minutos andando con maleta a las 7 de la mañana.
Por el hotel en sí, lo recomiendo, pero si llevas coche piénsalo .
La décoration était vraiment belle pour le dia de los muertos, le personnel était gentil et disponible.
La chambre était toute petite on ne pouvait pas y circuler à deux, ça sentait le renfermé, l'humidité à chaque instant, impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre qui donnait de toute façon sur le couloir de l'hôtel. Chaque bruit dans l'hôtel résonnait dans la chambre c'était très bruyant. Le lit était vraiment petit pour deux personnes. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel on y a très mal dormi et séjourné.
