Lo esperaba mejor
Pros:

El personal muy amable

Cons:

No dejaron toallas en el baño, ni papel higiénico o jabón. En la mañana el servicio hace muchísimo ruido y sólo tienen ventilador en las habitaciones, así que el calor no es muy tolerable

Poor cleanliness
Pros:

The location was in the middle of the center of town. Lots of stores, shops, and restaurants. Close to the cathedral and town square.
The bed was comfortable. The architecture colonial like an hacienda.

Cons:

It lacked cleanliness. The towels were old and torn. The lighting was poor. The ceiling fan's light didn't turn on. The only light is a small lamp on the bed stand. The curtain fell of the rail when it was pulled open. There is no air conditioning. The TVs volume couldn't be adjusted. It was too high, so we didn't watch it.

Esta muy austero el hotel
Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, esta justo en el centro de la ciudad, a unas 3 cuadras de la alameda, que esta muy bonita, y cerca de muchos negocios de comida.

Cons:

Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado, los colchones no estan muy comodos, hasta el segundo día me dieron toallas, a pesar de que las pedi desde que llegamos.

Únicamente la ubicación y la limpieza muy bien.

Cons:

- El "hotel" parecía motel.
- No habia WiFi y no funcionaba la conexión de
- datos bien por el espesor de las paredes y techos.(estuvimos hospedados en una habitación en el primer piso)
- No funcionaba el aire acondicionado
- el checkout venía anunciado en booking a la 1:00 pm y nos hicieron salir a las 12.
- El estacionamiento es compartido con un estacionamiento público.

La ubicacion buena, un edificio muy bonito

Cons:

Pesimo servicio, no agua caliente, no toalla, el personal no se encuentra en su lugar, esta con la novia sentado en la sala, no contestan las llamadas, no envian factura
