it’s decent for a quiet long stay with a large room, but the management and maintenance side
Pros:

Stayed here for about a month, so I got a pretty good experience of the place overall.

The good side is that the studio apartment was spacious and came with a nice balcony, which made long stays more comfortable. The area was also very quiet, so it was peaceful to rest and work. The staff was friendly and helpful, and one of the staff members could speak English, which made communication much easier.

Cons:

However, there were several issues during my stay. When I first arrived, my booked room was not ready, so I was placed in temporary rooms and ended up changing rooms 3 times within 4 days before finally getting the actual room. It seemed like room allocation depended on waiting for other guests to check out, so you had to keep following up yourself.

The room itself also needed better maintenance. The bed spring was damaged and uncomfortable on the back, and the sink pipes were broken, so you had to manually open them from below.

Location-wise, the hotel is in an industrial area, so convenience is limited. The nearest 7-Eleven is quite far, there are no cafés within walking distance, and most places close early. Also, the pool and sitting area did not look like the photos shown online, which was disappointing.

Pros:

They had hot water. The hottest hot water out of everywhere i stayed. Some places only had Luke warm or cold water.

For an American they need to cook the eggs longer and Cary bacon. No one in thailand no's what real ham is

No Internet, Bad Directions to Location, Needed Severe Maintenance, Not Clean, No Internet. I should have taken pictures but forgot. I left early. Couldn't sleep 😴.

Pros:

Tho location is not close to Bearing BTS. It comes up wrong on maps. Very hard to find and then not in a good area. My toilet wouldn’t flush, I told management and they replied sorry but did not fix my toilet. The room had many mosquitoes in it that bit me throughout the night. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but it is what it is
