Stay by the water in Thessaloniki
Pros:

Nice breakfast pricier which makes for an easy start to the day.
Parking is arranged by hotel though you will need to pay. It is easy to get to and staff are very helpful.

Centrally located in the Ladadika district, yet very quiet due to the soundproof windows. Clean, comfortable beds and good breakfast.
