Pros:

Tiene una situación inmejorable para disfrutar de la ciudad. Las instalaciones aunque no sean modernas, sí que han sido renovadas.. el desayuno está muy bien y con productos locales. Todo el personal ha sido de lo más amable que he encontrado viajando por toda Europa.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very central location, and every staff member was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. If I come back again, I would definitely choose this hotel once more. The rooms were clean, and overall we had a very pleasant stay.

One small suggestion would be to improve the TV channel options and streaming services like Netflix or Prime Video, as this would be a great advantage for families with children.

A special thanks to the entire team — we accidentally forgot one of our bags after check-out, and they kindly contacted us right away. As a family with children, we really appreciated how understanding and supportive they were.

The breakfast was also quite sufficient and well organized. In addition, they direct guests to a partnered parking garage, which I think is a big advantage in a city like Thessaloniki where parking rules and finding a safe parking spot can be quite stressful.

Thank you again to the whole team for their hospitality.
