Cons:

Indian staff were very rude, abrupt and entitled. Pocketing change and keeping the money for themselves instead of returning it and then making you feel bad, pressuring you to give them a large tip when it was not deserved.

Great historical hotel with amenities
Pros:

Fantastic historical building.
Relaxing inside with atmosphere . Roof top restaurant was great with nightly entertainment .
Food great and fairly priced
Swimming Pool was relaxing and small lounges around hotel

Pros:

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit dem Charme eines kleinen Palasts aus der Kolonialzeit. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Auf jeden Fall auch für Europäer geeignet. Es gibt kleine Läden auf der Straße, falls man schnell noch einmal was braucht.

Cons:

Im Hotel war eigentlich alles super, nur die Taxis vor dem Hotel würde ich meiden, da sie einen zu sehr überteuerten Geschäften bringen. Die Autorikshas sind da besser.

Decent enough place to staff and would go back.
Pros:

It’s in a no through road so not busy. Staff were nice in the roof top bar. Food was good.

Cons:

Front desk team could have been more welcoming. There is no soundproofing, you hear everything, it wasn’t too bad though.

Pros:

WONDERFULLY decorated in local traditional (Rajasthani) style.

Cons:

Unlike normal establishment where funds are reserved at start of stay and then payment collected at check-out, this organization insists on getting payment for all days upfront. The rooms (#30x) below the (terrace) dining area are noisy from 7pm-11pm because every chair/table move reverberates below.

All in all a great place with authentic Rajasthan flair to it
Pros:

The Royal suite was very big and spacious, including the washroom. The staff was very friendly and attentive and the facilities were also great. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Cons:

We had the Royal suite room and it got noisy during the evening and morning time when there was rush in the restaurant upstairs and people were moving the chairs and tables. The dragging noise could be heard in the room and was very disturbing.

Beautiful building and the swimming pool was a bonus. Generous options for the buffet breakfast! Staff at the restaurant/breakfast buffet were super friendly! In a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood but challenging to reach without a car. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

Our shower was blocked in our original room, which resulted in a bit of flooding on the bathroom floor. Went down to reception and after a bit of back and forth, they moved us into another room, overall dealt with very efficiently.
