Location, although we could not see out of our windows as it was covered and blocked all the view, so we felt very claustrophobic.
The claustrophobic room, the fact we had booked a room with a large, double bed and got twin beds and the Awful breakfast !

It is centrally located and easy to reach from the metro. Close to museums, which was our main purpose for our visit. The staff were very kind and helpful.
We got the newly renovated rooms and it was amazing. Right in-front of the Roppongi metro station exit! The staff were very helpful and so nice! We had a window view to the city outside which was a plus. The separate toilet and bathroom is a great plus and the fittings were all new and great.
The bed is really big which is plus but if you have a big luggage it would be difficult to open it and use the space. We had two mid sized suitcases which were manageable, but if you have a bigger suitcase and more luggage, it’s better to choose a bigger room.

朝食がイマイチ。
駅から近く、美術館も、六本木ヒルズ、東京ミットタウンも徒歩圏内。コスパ、朝のタイ料理バイキングが良かった。近くにコンビニもありました。
化粧水乳液クレンジングはありませんでした。
