Felt like Home!
Pros:

The location was perfect. In more of a local neighborhood where you can really feel the vibe of Paris very walkable to all parts of Paris. The property we stayed in was a one bedroom with kitchen and living room. We absolutely love this apartment. It was well designed fully functional and even had a balcony. They have plenty of closet. Space in the shower was strong and the bed was very comfortable. We love the security and the staff were incredible friendly. We recommended this property to our friends coming next month.

Disappointing
Pros:

Clean, good location

Cons:

There was a construction next door, they should have declared that. Instead they had left earplugs in the room.
Upon arrival the asked for a large deposit in case we would ruin or steal anything. They also asked us to sign a stock-count of all items in the kitchen. Really?

Very nice stay
Pros:

I stayed in one of the apartments with my teenage daugther. One bedroom and one bedsofa in the living room. Very spacious and nice room. The location was very good, close to metro and a quiet area.

Comfortable, friendly, convenient
Pros:

Very friendly and accommodating staff and office manned 24/7.
Very well equipped kitchen and lovely small touches. The neighborhood is very nice with convenient bus stop nearby and small supermarket right around the corner.

Cons:

It didn't affect us much because we were there over a week-end and the weather was not good, so we didn't spend time on our balcony, but there is construction next door during work hours which can be noisy if the windows are open (otherwise good sound proof windows).
