Viele Russen und Gäste ays GUS Staaten. Hotel entspricht den Sternen nicht.
Generell nichts Spezielles, ein Hotel am Meer.
Publikum, naja, viele Russen. Kein Anstand, setzen sich ihne Fragen an meinen Tisch, plündern das Buffet.
Wirklich tiefes Niveau für ein 5 Sterne Hotel.

The staff is really polite and helpful, good location, great views. The rooms are big.
Not much, it’s not really giving hotel more apartments/suites. The furniture is a bit outdated. I think they should consider putting modern ones. The Tv is a bit far from the bed.
L'hôtel était très bien. Le personnel sympathique, le lit confortable. La chambre est très jolie.
Seul bémol au regard du prix (chambre vue ocean) :
- de la lumière très tôt le matin car les rideaux ne sont pas occultants complètement
- on entend pas mal le son de la rue
- le personnel est très sympathique mais en fond parfois un petit peu trop

Camere curate, mic dejun excelent, dar ca și amplasare, ne-am fi dorit să stăm mai aproape de zona centrală a plajei, pentru că nu aveai multe restaurante în zona hotelului și nici spațiu cu șezlonguri pe plajă. Piscina micuță, la etaj inferior, nu am fost tentați să o folosim. Raport calitate /preț bun.
Tuyệt hảo,nhân viên thân thiện,cởi mở. Phòng đẹp gần biển, bãi tắm đối diện đi bộ mất 2p, trong phòng có máy uống nước lọc miễn phí không giới hạn.

プールの大きなプラスチックのパネル 紐かゴム紐か何かで止めてありましたが早く治してほしいです。

its quiet and clean. housekeepers are really quick to clean the room. The only concerns that I have is they do not change my bed sheet when they cleaning my room until I speak out. I stayed there for 10 nights. I don't quietly asked them to coming in and clean my room, but I have to asked them to change the bed sheet every time, which surprise me that they only fold it back.
Adding more elevators would significantly improve the guest experience. During my stay, I noticed long wait times for the elevators on multiple occasions. Additionally, due to the proximity to the beach and pool, the elevator floors were frequently wet and slippery from swimming guests. Implementing wet-floor mats or clearer signage for swimmers would help address this safety issue.
The cleanness and nice staff
The buffet of the restaurant on the last floor was very bad, we paid 2.000.000 per person only to be served cold , bad and small selection of food. We were promised unlimited wagyu, the meat was cold, we asked to get a new well done batch and they gave us an undercooked and somehow cold one. Everything else was fine tho.
