Pros:

We stayed at this hotel while I was down with an injury and couldn't walk wall. It was a beautiful and relaxing place to rest and recuperate. The room was large and spacious with a bathtub to relax and a huge balcony with an exceptionally beautiful view of the beach and the water beyond. I felt like I was still on vacation, even though I wasn't mobile enough to leave the room. When I was up and moving again, it was lovely to be able to walk right across the street and straight into the sea. The location can't be beat if you're planning for a visit to the beach!

Magnifique hôtel et accueil exceptionnel.
Pros:

Tout, très bel hôtel et chambre très agréable. Tout est qualitatif. Petit déjeuner plus que parfait.

Cons:

La musique de fond au restaurant ou à la piscine est trop forte et toujours le même style, dance avec une voix féminine ennuyeuse. Ce serait bien de réduire le volume et d’avoir d’autres playlists.

Solides Stadthotel vielleicht eher 4+ Sterne
Pros:

Das Hotel hat sehr schöne grosse Zimmer. Das Essen vom Room Service ist top, auch die Kaffee Bar unten. Das Pool ist ok. Das Personal war sehr nett.
Gesichtsbehandlungen sind zu empfehlen. Rooftop Bar auch sehr nett.

Cons:

Allgemein etwas n die Jahre gekommen. Der Speisesaal für das Frühstück hat uns nicht angesprochen.

Sehr freundliches und professionelles Portier Personal als einzige Ausnahme

Check-in chaotisch. Mein vietnamesischer Sohn wurde unfreundlich nehandelt, weil die Reception dachte, er sei ein Reiseführer. Gast ist Kõnig kennt man.offenbar nicjt. Völlig überfordertes Personal. Der Service weit weg von 5 Sterne Hotel.
Hotel Gäste ohne Anstand vorwiegend aus Russland. Frühstücksraum zu jeder Zeit total überfüllt und zu wenig Personal.
Kein sauberes Geschirr und Besteck beim Buffet.

​La chambre est particulièrement confortable et dotée d'équipements (mobilier et sanitaires) de grande qualité. Le vrai plus reste le spacieux balcon avec vue sur la mer, une véritable invitation à la détente. Concernant la piscine, bien qu'un peu fraîche au premier abord, elle s'avère très agréable une fois qu'on y est. Son exposition est idéale : elle est abritée du soleil, ce qui permet de profiter des transats sans souffrir de la chaleur.

​Cependant, l'expérience est ternie par plusieurs points négatifs. L'entretien de la piscine laisse à désirer avec la présence d'algues sur les marches et les spots immergés. De plus, si le personnel fait son travail, il se montre surtout bon commercial et manque cruellement de chaleur et de considération pour le bien-être des clients. Le petit-déjeuner reste également décevant avec des produits qui manquent de qualité. Compte tenu de ces fausses notes, le tarif global est clairement trop élevé.
