Uno dei miei Top nel mondo… e ne ho visti veramente tanti…
Pros:

Posto meraviglioso, sicuramente nella mia lunga storia con Booking.com uno di quelli dove sono stato meglio. Praticamente perfetto, personale fantastico, camera vista piscina ampia e letto comodo. Servizi dell’hotel attentissimi, dalla reception (soprattutto il mitico Tony) al servizio bar. Siamo usciti all’alba per visitare Angkor Wat e ci hanno fatto trovare una colazione da asporto. L’unico rammarico non avere provato per questo motivo la colazione vera, che altre recensioni dicono essere veramente fantastica.

Cons:

Il ristorante interno con lo chef e’ veramente notevole e meriterebbe qualche attenzione anche da guide come la Michelin… forse il menù potrebbe essere più vario e con qualche accostamento azzardato in meno…

L'hôtel est vraiment magnifique avec une décoration très recherchée dans les détails. L'ambiance est sophistiquée et zen.. Le personnel est au petit soin. Merci à Kim qui nous a accompagné durant tout notre séjour.
Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel avec des plats à la carte : type avocado toast, oeuf florentine ... en complément du buffet.
L'hôtel est en deux parties avec chacune une piscine. Les chambres standards.et supérieures sont très bien agencée et grande. L'hôtel n'est pas dans le centre mais vous allez en tuk tuk à pub street pour 1€ et en 2mn. Cela peut se faire à pied en 10mn

Great hotel, lovely and attentive staff (Sokha was great), super accommodating and helpful. Good location and easy walk into town or along the river. No bad comments - food was good, laundry service great, bed was big and comfortable, amenities were clean. Lots of nice little touches every day in the room.

The staff at Shinta Mani was amazing, we felt incredibly welcome from day 1 and every interaction was met with incredible professionalism and the most sincere smile. We had a little problem in the room and the manager and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The design of the hotel from architect Ben Bensley was special. The SPA was also great and Leab's was very attentive and her massage was one of the best. If you are looking for a fabulous place in Siem Reap look no further.

Magical, from the breathtaking architecture to the warm & lovely people
Pros:

One of the best hotels in Siem Reap, from the architecture to the services and the people.Kim Hong at Shinta Mani made our stay so much better. He was incredibly attentive to all our needs — from organizing great transportation for our temple and circus trips, to giving us excellent tips on local attractions like the Lotus Farm. His English was excellent, his insights into local hidden gems were fantastic, and his overall demeanor was second to none. Kim is a star and a huge asset to the hotel.
