Fantastisch komen zeker een keer terug!
Pros:

Prachtig mooi hotel wat goed onderhouden is.
Personeel is uitermate vriendelijk en professioneel.
Kamers mooi en schoon wij hadden de kamers aan het zwembad leuk om zo vanuit je terras zo naar het zwembad te kunnen
wat dit hotel zo bijzonder maakt is dat ze hier jonge mensen opleiden ,intern op school worden de mensen opgeleid en in de praktijk werken ze direct in het hotel.
Veel kunst in het hotel met name bij de bar van het hotel, erg sfeervol.

Fantastique !
Pros:

Fantastique ! Superbe hôtel, très beau, très bien décoré. Accueil très chaleureux lors de notre arrivée et bonne surprise : nous avons été surclassés dans une suite. Donc encore plus agréable ! Personnel aux petits soins pour nous pendant notre (trop court) séjour. Chambre immense (avec petit salon et terrasse donnant sur la magnifique piscine turquoise aux rayures noires) et très bien décorée. Le lit était très, très confortable. La douche immense, les peignoirs moelleux. Tout était très calme. Le petit déjeuner très varié, très bon, pris au bord de la piscine, dans un cadre végétalisé magnifique.
L'hôte se situe au cœur de Siem Reap (proches de restaurants, boutiques, bord de la rivière et à 5 min en tuktuk du magnifique musée d'Angkor) mais, curieusement au calme. Bref un séjour 5* à l'image de toute l'équipe de ce très bel hôtel.

Cons:

Curieusement, il manque un bar cosy pour prendre un verre le soir vers 19h avant d'aller dîner. Il y avait bien un espace à l'extérieur et même une chanteuse mais pas d'espace confortable pour s'assoir, seulement quelques tables & chaises dispersées.

Outstanding Plus! Wouldn't stay anywhere else.
Pros:

We absolutely loved this hotel, so much that we extended our stay. The staff are amazing always smiling and SO helpful, genuine and kind.
Our bed was super comfy and the best pillows- they are huge! Cleanliness is outstanding - our room was serviced twice daily.
Location is perfect for easy walking or catching a Tuk Tuk.
Pool is great too.
We were also very fortunate to have a complimentary late check out and also offered the use of a shower.
Love this place, exceeded our expectations ❤️

Cons:

No lift! I felt so sorry for the staff having to trek our luggage up three flights of stairs.

Pros:

The rooms were so quiet and very comfortable beds, the decor was exceptional and breakfast was outstanding. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive without being intrusive. The lotus flowers and beautiful scent was an added touch. Will be back here again

Essential Siem Reap!
Pros:

Every element was tasteful and curated for a superior client experience. I loved the boutique luxury feel here. Loved the lotus folding decor as well.

Cons:

The morning breakfast (pre-packed ) for us was lacking (only bread jam and fruit with coffee). No pastry / chocolate as verbally promised. However it is such a small thing that I cannot complain.
