Lovely hotel, super helpful staff and good food
Pros:

Can’t fault the hotel - staff were amazing, breakfast was expansive and excellent, facilities good, clean rooms, great pool (don’t use goggles if you want to believe it’s crystal clean though!)

Cons:

Can’t fault the place - honestly, perhaps gym is too small and no rowing machine

Amazing
Pros:

This hotel is simply amazing. Many so-called luxury hotels could learn here what customer service really means.
There are two buildings—one in a more traditional style and one with a more modern design. We tried both, and it’s impossible to choose which one to recommend more. They’re both simply fantastic!

Luxury from beginning to end

Our stay at Shanti Mani Angkor was nothing short of exceptional and one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and kind. Their genuine warmth and attention to detail made our stay truly special.

The food was outstanding, with every meal delicious and beautifully presented. Our room was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and the shower was fantastic – warm, powerful, and a real treat after a day of exploring.

The hotel offers a wonderful choice of two swimming pools, both beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The décor throughout the property is absolutely stunning and was a real standout feature. It's so thoughtfully designed that I'll be thinking about its beauty for a long time.

I also visited the spa for a massage, which was incredibly relaxing. My therapist was amazing and made the experience unforgettable. The gym is compact but air-conditioned and has everything you need for a great workout.

Overall, Shanti Mani Angkor exceeded every expectation. Beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, fantastic facilities, and a truly relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend staying here and would return without hesitation we actually ended up adding a night because we didn’t want to leave!

Perfect weeks stay in a beautiful relaxing hotel with excellent food and fantastic staff
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful the pool area very quiet and relaxing, spacious clean rooms, fantastic breakfast, beautiful staff and the hotel is in a great location

Cons:

The one real negative for me was that the staff didn’t come around the pool area enough times asking if people would like drinks, on several occasions I had to go to my room and call reception to ask for some drinks because I didn’t want to enter the restaurant in my swimming ware

A truly enjoyable experience.

The customer service was exceptional especially Peter. The students were lovely, clearly enjoyed working at the hotel and the staff teaching them were professional and a credit to the business. The food was first class from breakfast to dinner. Thank you for your hospitality.

Exceptional Service, Beautiful Design, and a Perfect Stay
Pros:

Design and deco was outstanding. The staff and facilities were top notch. Rooms were immaculate and the pools were beautiful. Kim and his staff at the front desk were so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Kim’s recommendations were spot on Breakfast was delicious. I could go on and on, but I think that covers the main things we enjoyed. Highly recommend this place.

طاقم الفندق كان متعاون جدا. و موقع الفندق 10 نجوم. المسبح الخارجي نظيف جدا و يستحق السباحة فيه.

Beautiful property with excellent staff, but the room facilities need improvement.

Friendly staff and a beautifully design main building. Location is good

Cons:

My room was located in a separate building across from the main property, which felt less appealing compared with the main building. During my stay, the bathroom faucet came loose and detached, causing water to spill everywhere. The shower drain was also draining very slowly, and water would overflow onto the bathroom floor when a second person showered shortly afterward.
