Beautiful property with excellent staff, but the room facilities need improvement.

Friendly staff and a beautifully design main building. Location is good

Cons:

My room was located in a separate building across from the main property, which felt less appealing compared with the main building. During my stay, the bathroom faucet came loose and detached, causing water to spill everywhere. The shower drain was also draining very slowly, and water would overflow onto the bathroom floor when a second person showered shortly afterward.

Pros:

The pool, the breakfast, the bed (not too hard), the duvet, the aircon (not too loud), the size of the bathroom

Cons:

Not a dislike, but found it slightly odd that the make-up mirror was in the shower :) and would have preferred to either have more water pressure in the rain shower OR be able to attach the hand shower (good pressure) higher in order to rinse out shampoo and conditioner properly

Pros:

I stayed here with my wife for two nights, moving from another hotel. I would say this is a great place: good service from the staff, great design and architecture, comfortable stay, great swimming pool. The breakfast was okay. The only thing I would say is the gym is quite small but most apartment gyms in Simrep are small. Overall I would say it's fair, although the price I would say is a little bit on the high side but not bad.

Walking distance to Simreap night market, just over 10 minutes

Everything you would expect and a bit more
Pros:

I loved everything about this hotel. Arrived after a long flight during the low season to great weather and a quiet hotel. Great set up, lovely pool and bar (side of hotel). I had a spacious room overlooking the pool with a balcony. Lovely friendly staff. Ended up staying longer than planned. Walk or tuck into town.

Cons:

Can't write anything negative here.
