Pros:

We had an issue with our tv at 9:30pm, went to front desk for help & immediately a staff person came & fixed it. Also all was very clean:)

Pros:

The location was perfect. Near restaurants, miniature golf and a hop to Hyannis. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. I liked that they had an indoor pool and took advantage of it. The pool temperature was perfect.

Cons:

There weren't enough channels on the TV although it had satellite channels.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, struttura un po’ vecchiotta con moquette ovunque, non certo il top per l’igiene. Colazione tipica americana, comunque qualità molto basica. Stanza piccola ma accogliente. Letti comodi e puliti. Staff gentile ma un po’ distaccato. Diciamo che la posizione era buona per visitare on the Road l’area di cape cod. C’erano una piscina interna e una esterna ma non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Cons:

Il pavimento della sala colazione era sempre appiccicoso ovunque… e la moquette andrebbe bandita per sempre dalle strutture alberghiere a mio avviso

Expensive not worth it
Pros:

The pool, waffle maker

Cons:

The morning front desk woman very rude we had a king size room suite well we complained 2 nights in a row they had 4 rooms of kids and families they were running screaming and yelling at the kids well when we said we were here for vacation they said well we cant move them it will be hard moving 4 rooms so they moved us to a much smaller king size and said if they were sold out. She was very rude and turned getting when yelling at me. And she said if you want a reduced rate you have to call booking.com and then was rude to my wife nasty looks my wife would smile at her, and she just rolled her eyes very ghetto and unprofessional.
