I probably won’t stay here again.
Cons:

The property is very dated and worn. The parking lot is not lit so it was very unnerving to come and go at night as a solo traveler.
There was a function one night in the breakfast room behind the pool. I could hear it in my room on the other side of the building. I had a hard time getting to sleep that night.

Clean and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

My wife and I booked a reservation as a walk in due to some car trouble in the middle of the night. Michael and Trudy were very helpful at concierge and we were happy to have a clean and comfortable place to stay for the night. They even went above and beyond to clean up some confusion with our reservation, and reached out to refund an extra charge that shouldn't have been there, even though we were unaware and wouldn't have known the difference. If we even happen to be in Dennis again, we will definitely be returning to Ambassador Inn.

Everything was great the help very friendly and everything was so clean we celebrated our 80 anniversary and had a great stay thank you Maggie and ed

Cons:

Climbing the stairs to get to our room but I should of ask for the first floor when I booked the place were in our 80 so it's not there fault

Pros:

Love that there is an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna open till 10pm. Great staff! Comfortable beds. Right across the street from a convenience store and take out food.

Hotel was clean and close to what we needed..
The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and informative..

Cons:

The lady that was at the front desk wasn't polite and wouldnt leave out enough pool towels..it was a quiet wkend as not many guests so should of been more towels provided

Great price, bed was fine and shower was hot
Pros:

Most of the bagels were very stale, coffee was ok, no protein.

Cons:

Heater in my room wasn't working, had to change rooms. Staff on duty was very helpful.
