Le personnel est très aimable, la chambre était propre, le lit confortable les toilettes indépendante de la sdb 👍
Du vrai jus d'orange au petit déjeuner si on sait se servir de la machine 😅, une affichette mode d'emploi serait bienvenue😉
L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien, car il se situe à 15 minutes à pied du centre de chinon.
Un parking privé et gratuit est disponible, il n'est pas sécurisé mais il est dans un quartier très calme.
Les chambres sont très calmes et climatisées, elles disposent d'un petit balcon équipé.
La piscine est très bien.
L'hôtel a besoin d'un très gros "rafraichissement", la peinture s'écaille, les joints de la salle de bain sont à refaire, le parking est défoncé, la climatisation dans les chambres est très bruyante.
Le client doit s'adapter aux horaires des femmes de ménage s'il veut des serviettes propres et des poubelles vidées alors que dans un 3 étoiles, c'est plutôt l'inverse.
Lors de notre départ, l'ascenseur était encombré par un chariot de ménage (sans personnel), nous avons du descendre par l'escalier avec nos bagages.

Très belle vue de certaines chambres sur la citadelle de Chinon , très calme , grand parking Piscine probablement agréable , personnel très aimable . Eau chaude immédiate, Clim très efficace et facilement réglable … beaucoup d’atouts mais ….
Établissement vieillissant, doit faire l’objet d’une rénovation de fond en comble ….
La disponibilité du personnel au demande et l'amplitude horaires pour le check-in et chek-out qui est agréable.

Our worst hotel experience in many months of travel in Europe. Ibis Styles Chinon does not measure up to Ibis standards. We have stayed at some Ibis Budget hotels. All were superior to Ibis Styles Chinon.
The hotel needs cleaning and deodorizing at least on the third floor near the elevator.
Breakfast was substandard (nothing cooked on site). Several basic items not offered.
Parking was extremely crowded.
