Room was nice and remodeled
No mention that major renovations were occurring
The breakfast was good and the staff were awesome!
They are doing renovations so there wasn't a lot of parking.
At the staff were very upfront and honest about the construction that was in progress on the property. The staff made our visit, comfortable despite all the construction going on.
This is the second time that I have stayed at this hotel in the past 30 days. Although they are renovating, I still come because the friendly atmosphere that it provides. Kayla at the front desk is absolutely amazing as she treats me and my children, as though we are and always welcome. It feels very good when someone at a front desk knows you by name even at the seeing hundreds and hundreds of guest at a time,Kayla needs the biggest raise in the world and also the two young ladies over the breakfast and food. Staff have been phenomenal as well. I suggest everyone come to this hotel because of the professional professionalism that they provide.
King room with couch was huge. Love the size of this room, very spacious facility was very clean, considering they were doing some renovation and location was great! Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Overall Great!

Wasn’t aware that construction was going on and I had to wait for over a hour after check in time to get in my room

I liked everything
Nothing. Booking com never informed me that the hotel was under renovation and the pool was closed. No fitness center. When I booked with you under special request if I could get a roll in shower. The toilet was so low that at 4 in the morning I had to use the bathroom in the lobby. I have a prosthetic leg which makes things very difficult. One elevator was out of order. 2 cockroach on the floor alive in the dining area. I'm so disgusted.

The staff was nice and helpful. the hotel was being renovated, so the hotel had made accommodations with the hotel next door to allow its guests to use the pool. The hotel also was in a great location
The hotel was under construction with little noise
We stayed here for the ASUN softball tourney earlier this month. Raffy and his team were amazing. Despite going through renovations, they worked hard to make our team’s stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our rooms were clean and housekeeping was top notch. Mrs. Brenda checked in on us each morning during breakfast and was very warm and welcoming. This Hampton is located in a prefect spot close to almost everything. I can’t wait to see how everything looks after getting a little facelift. We will be staying here again!

I did not like the fact that there was construction, parking issues and the pool was unavailable.. that should be noted when people are trying to booking a hotel.. and the breakfast wasn’t great..
The front desk staff was amazing, sooooo friendly and full of life they made our day. We need more people like them in this world. Especially the lady that checked us in on Friday ,10/10 ❤️❤️
Construction, but that is necessary in making improvements, so no complaints.
