Pros:

La gentillesse du togolais Kisso

Cons:

Nous avons eu une coupure d'eau pendant 24h00 . L'hotel aurait pu nous servir un pack d'eau minérale ou une bassine, mais bon, pas grave.

Cons:

Im Hamburg Hauptbahnhof gestrandet, brauchten wir ein Hotel. Bei der Buchung ließ sich der Bezahlprozess nicht beenden, so dass ich davon ausging, die Buchung wäre nicht finalisiert. Habe mir ein anderes Hotel gesucht, wo das Bezahlen bei der Buchung funktionierte. War überrascht, als der Betrag doch abgebucht wurde.

Comfortable very close to the train station
Pros:

Across the street from the main train station. 24 hours reception made it easy to check-in even though I arrived after midnight due to some delayed trains. Nice staff in the reception. The room (incl. the bathroom) was big and comfortable – I had chosen a room with its own bathroom. Also a good price. I will stay again when visiting Hamburg.

Cons:

Not the best view to the backyard from the room, but this did not matter much.

Disgusting hotel
Pros:

Only good thing was that the hotel was near the central station.

Cons:

The building was surrounded by scaffolding so looking through windows was like looking through a prison gate.
The rooms were extremely poorly designed and where the beds were placed I could barely walk between the corner of the bed and the wall to get into bed or go to the bathroom if I got up at night.
Absolutely disgusting that booking.com listed this hotel as 3 stars. It should have 1 star.
The manager told me that they had to put in a 3 star rating so booking.com would list the hotel.
Apparently the owner doesn't treat staff well.
This hotel should not be letting the rooms out that have scaffolding surrounding the windows. To open the window you had to hope that no one would climb the scaffolding and enter your room at night.

Für eine Nacht ok, aber nicht unbedingt wieder
Pros:

Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof war super, auch wenn dort entsprechendes Klientel herum läuft
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Personal dort im Raum sehr freundlich.
Das Zimmer war ok, das Bad ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen mit abgeplatzten Fliesen, schwarzen Fugen etc.
Man hat einen Schreibtisch vor den Schrank gebaut, so dass dieser nur halb zu nutzen ist, weil die Türe nicht auf geht. Aber für eine Nacht wars ok
Super war die Unterbringungsmöglichkeit für den Koffer in einem Raum bei der Rezeption, wo nur Personal Zutritt hat mit Banderole und Abholschein

Cons:

Es gab wohl einen Wasserrohrbruch vor kurzem
Beim einchecken habe ich fast eine Stunde gewartet bis ich dran war, da Leute ausquartiert werden sollten wogegen die vorgegangen sind.
Das Haus roch auch ein bisschen modrig.
Am schlimmsten ist noch die doppelte Abbuchung durch Booking und das Hotel selber, denn den doppelten Preis ist es definitiv nicht wert.

Beim Auschecken hörte ich von anderen Personen, dass sie keine Dusche hatten aufgrund der Belegung der besagten Wasserrohrbruch Zimmer.

Die Fenster gingen auf eine Baustelle hinaus, und so wurde ich um 6 Uhr morgens von einem Mann auf der Treppe geweckt, der mich nackt und schlafend ansah und dabei etwas mit einem Geräusch an mein Fenster klebte. Wer hätte gedacht, dass so etwas im 5. Stock möglich ist?

Hotel no recomendable, experiencia nefasta

Lo mejor que tiene el hotel es la ubicación.

Cons:

Una experiencia bastante desagradable.
Para empezar estaban haciendo obras en el hotel y cada dia a las 7 am empezaban los trabajos impidiendo que puedas descansar como mereces sin previo aviso.
Hubieron cortes en el subministro del agua y los hacian cada dia por la mañana, impidiendo así que pudieras lavarte o asearte o ducharte, en mi caso para ir a trabajar.
La explicación en recepción era una simple disculpa y ya a partir del 3r dia, me ofrecieron ir a otro Hotel a 3 calles a ducharme. Algo totalmente incomodo e insuficiente.
DESAYUNO: es muy justo, 4 pastas de bolleria indistrial que da la sensación que si sobran, vuelven a ponerlas al dia siguiente.
El cafe muy justo.
El surtido de embutidos aceptable.
Pedí que me calentaran la leche y no tenian cocina para calentar ni microondas.
El ascensor del establecimiento va muy lento y depende de la hora puedes estar 10 minutos para que te llegue al 5° piso.
El servicio de limpieza totalmente sin sentido, en una ocasion entraron en mi habitacion mientras me vestia aun teniendo el cartel de no molestar en la puerta.
Y para acabar, cuando me fui, al pedir una compensacion o explicacion me dijeron que no era posible.
