Have stayed here several times, but this is my last stay here.

All good.

Cons:

The property was nice overall, but the cleanliness and condition of the flooring could be improved. There were quite a few visible stains and marks, and some areas looked worn. A more thorough cleaning and maintenance would make a big difference

Please provide a better hotel design and service.
Pros:

The ground facilities i.e. the shops that support the needs down stairs on ground level is excellent.

Cons:

The price of the room didn't meet my expectation. The size is not right for the price that I paid. And the room has no window, with only one switch for the lights. There is no other light. It is either too bright or very dark. It felt like sleeping in a prison cell! With such outlook, i.e tower building and facilities at ground is excellent, good location, the hotel room is not a good one. As a person who frequently stays at hotels, I think the hotel owner is very stingy, thinks too much about making profit not providing good service.
