Empfehlenswertes Hotel
Pros:

Sehr schickes Hotel mit gehobener Ausstattung und gutem Service. Gute und zentrale Lage für Ausflüge. Tolle Aussicht. Sehr sauber und modern. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen.

Cons:

Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt, da das Bett im normalen Doppelzimmer wirklich sehr klein war. Das ging ohne Probleme und der Aufpreis für ein größeres Zimmer war gering.
Die Rezeption ist im 15. Stock, wir mussten eine Weile danach suchen. Ein Hinweis Schild wäre hilfreich.

Perfect hotel for our first leg in Japan. We would stay again!
Pros:

This was a great first hotel for our first leg in Japan! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful and in a good, central location. The spa and fitness area was very nice also and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast selection.

Excellent hotel for Osaka stay.
Pros:

Nicely appointed hotel in a convenient location. The executive lounge access was a real bonus and would strongly recommend booking a room on those floors (24 and 25). Definitely worth it. Access to coin operated laundry was also a winner. More hotels should have that. Shame they didn't have clothes rack for drying. The bed was comfortable and super enormous. Bathroom facilities excellent with great shower and separate toilet.

Cons:

Room was a bit tight for space and minimal cupboard space for clothes. Really had to live out of the suitcase which meant the nice couch space was occupied by the bags.

Convinient to visit the town being hosted in a quite area, good price-value
Pros:

The Executive Lounge is good when included in the room (Similar to a business Louge in an airport), but with amazing views to the city from the 25th floor.
Breakfast ok, more for a 4* superior than a 5* hotel. Overall experience is not 5*, but price-value is quite good.
Cleaninless was great, amenities in the room are good
Washing machines in the facilities to do your laundry during long stays
Ice machine and drinks vending machine in your floor, makes a late night drink very convinient.
A convini near by. The restaurant "Rio" in the ground floor is amazing (Teppanyaki Wagyu beef for lunch with affordable prices, whilst dinner is expensive).

Cons:

Small room (usual in Japan)
Fitness room very small (1 treadmill, a few weights and a bench)
No room service, no pool, no onsen or any other facilities

Die Aussicht ist großartig, Hotel beginnt erst ab dem 15 Stock. Das Zimmer war schön designed und das Badezimmer großzügig. Immer sauber und super Service.
