Me gusto los accesos que tiene el hotel, la ubicación y el servicio en el restaurant.

Cons:

No me gusto que llegamos a la habitación y los dispensadores en la ducha y baño estaban vacíos, el Wifi no funcionaba bien y la atención en la tienda al costado de la recepción fue muy mala por parte de la Sra encargada.

La ubicación, la piscina y lo que completo que es el servicio.

Cons:

El extractor del baño no funcionaba ni tampoco el secador de toallas, se le manifestó a recepción sin embargo no lo solucionaron.
Podrían mejorar el tamaño de las camas para adultos, no alcanza a ser de 2 plazas, es incomodo para dos adultos.

Pros:

Vista maravilhosa do quarto para a cidade de Puero Varas. O quarto tem um tamanho adequado (pegamos com duas camas de solteiro), as camas são grandes e muito boas, roupa de cama de qualidade, banheiro novo, e a calefação funciona super bem.
A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, restaurantes ótimos para jantar e o café da manha superou as expectativas.
A piscina é maravilhosa!!

Cons:

Atendimento nos restaurantes é nota 10. Camareiras nota 10 também.
Recepção e entrada eu daria um 7, com muito esforço.
Sugestão: ter roupão pra ir até a área da piscina no frio, e ter guarda-chuvas para ir até as outras áreas do hotel que são fora do prédio principal.

Pros:

O hotel tem a melhor vista para o lago e perto do centro. A área da piscina aquecida é incrível! Visual lindo. Todos os funcionários extremamente gentis e tem dentro do hotel duas opções de bar/ restaurante que deixam os hóspedes bem servidos. Café da manhã uma delícia e variado.
