Bien pour les courts séjours
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la nourriture, qui est d’un bon standing pour un all-in, surtout dans les restaurants à la carte.
Chambre clean et spacieuse.
Le service à la piscine et dans les restos est impeccable et les gens sont aux petits soins.

Cons:

Nous avons eu un problème avec le personnel d’accueil et l’accueil en général. Lorsque nous avons fait notre réservation, il était indiqué qu’une taxe de 5$ USD (76 pesos) (indiqué dans la description de l’hôtel et mentionné par message avant l’arrivée) serait facturée par chambre et par nuit. Nous restions 2 nuits, donc le total aurait dû être de 10$ USD. Pourtant, le monsieur a l’accueil nous a réclamé 36$ USD pour cette taxe, sans aucune explication ni justificatif. Après discussion, il a subitement baissé le montant a 18$ USD, mais ce qui n’était toujours pas les 10$ USD supposés. Nous parlons ici de quelques dollars, mais quand nous lui avons fait remarquer que ce n’était pas ce qui était indiqué dans la réservation, il nous a dit que c’était de la faute de booking et que nous n’avions qu’à voir ça avec eux. Aucun service client, ni check avec quelqu’un d’autre du personnel. Le montant total sorti de son petit chapeau nous a beaucoup frustrés, et aucun geste n’a été proposé de la part de l’établissement, or nous ne sommes pas responsables s’ils ne transmettent pas les informations correctes.
De plus, à notre arrivée, il nous a été indiqué que nous pourrions continuer de profiter de la piscine et des transats lorsque check-out, or, arrivés au check-out, le discours avait changé et il n’en était plus question, car il fallait désormais payer un supplément de 50$ USD par personne.
Il y a un sérieux problème de communication et service client.
De plus, nous n’avons pas reçu de coktail d’accueil, pourtant mentionné également dans la description de notre réservation.

הכול היה טוב באמת כול מה שאתם מחפשים יש שם צוות נהדר ועוזר . קבלת פנים נהדרת , חדר גדול ומרוחב עם נוף לים משקאות טעימים ברור ש אנחנו נחזור למלון

La vista de la habitación muy linda

La verdad el trato es muy descuidado, el personal que tienes muy grosera, en especial el de ls toallas de la alberca muy pesada su actitud, en general los restaurantes carecen de variedad, y tardar con su servicio, el hotel ya esta muy deteriorado y para colmo una noche antes nos dejaron un papel donde nos nototificaban nuestra salida y si no fuera poco desde las 10am del dia sigue ya nos han andaban corriendo super incómodo

A comida era excelente, o quarto confortável e espaçoso. Todos os funcionários foram bastante educados no curto tempo em que estive. O atendimento de adalberto, em especial, foi excelente, extremamente simpático e prestativo, nos deixou muito a vontade.

Cons:

Apesar de dizer que te serviço de escova e manicure incluso, não tem, exige-se um custo adicional (e muito elevado) para o serviço. O resort é bem pequeno e não tem muito o que fazer, acredito que serve para curtas estadias.

Oleo Cancun Playa is a great little resort with a boutique feel. The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The massages and spa are also fantastic!

Do conforto do enxoval e do quarto.
Do serviço do hotel também.
Tem serviço de quarto 24h.
O cardápio dos restaurantes é delicioso!
O hotel nos deu champange de boas vindas e um bolo e tábua de frios de aniversário (avise se você está comemorando alguma data!).

Cons:

A praia da frente não é muito tranquila em questão de ondas, mas dá para entrar.
A vista da praia é maravilhosa!
Como visual é excelente, mas a região conta com bastante vento !
A janela do quarto Inspire (3° andar) não abre, é totalmente lacrada!
