Reception staff was very polite and helpeful and the view from the terace also very comfortible beds and nice indoor parfum.

Cons:

Waiting staff in the rooftop bar unpolite and you have to wait like 10-15 min. For takes order another 20 min. Wait to get it and the final you get something different. Also only few sunbeds.

Une belle adresse pour profiter d’Athènes dans le confort, avec une vue magnifique en prime.
Pros:

Très bel hôtel, confortable et bien entretenu. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de la chambre ainsi que les espaces communs. Le rooftop et la vue sur Athènes sont un vrai plus. L’emplacement permet également de rejoindre facilement les principaux sites de la ville.

Cons:

Le quartier autour de l’hôtel est un peu moins agréable que d’autres quartiers d’Athènes, surtout le soir.

Der Ausblick zur Akropolis.
Der Platz in der Suite.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung einer Suite im 5 Sterne Hotel sollte nicht abgewöhnt sein. Klimaanlage hat nur in Aufenthaltsraum funktioniert, nicht im Schlafraum. Man hat nur einmal Kaffeekapseln und Wasser nachgefüllt.... Auf Nachfrage hat man uns 3x kapseln gegeben und auch Wasserflaschen... Man sagte uns, dass Wasser bezahlt werden muss.
Zum Frühstück musste man Kaffee und Tee an einem Automaten holen, die Qualität war minderwertig... Der Service stand an der Theke und trank besseren. Auch der Rest von Frühstück war schlecht in Auswahl und Qualität... Z. B. Tiefkühlgemüse (Erbsen und Möhren).... Nur billig.
Der Pool ist viel zu klein und es standen ca 14 Liegen da.
Die Lage des Hotels, gerade für Frauen, war für uns schlecht... Die Straßen Richtung Innenstadt war mit Häuser und Bars bestückt, in denen nur Männer verkehrten... Dort hat es auch extrem nach Urin gestunken und viele Häuser waren abbruchreif.

Pros:

L’emplacement était plutôt bien. On pouvait facilement faire les visites à pied.
Et la vue sur l’acropole depuis la chambre.

Cons:

Une petite odeur de moisie dans la chambre (peut être parce qu’elle n’avait pas été occupée pendant un moment avant nous ?!).

La connexion wifi était naze…

Anspruch eines gehobenen Hotels weit verfehlt
Pros:

Die Zimmergrösse und der Blick auf die Akropolis von der Dachterrasse.

Cons:

- Lage: zwar noch fussläufig zu der Innenstadt, aber das Viertel schon sehr grenzwertig, man sollte auf den Hauptstraßen bleiben
- Housekeeping: eine komplette Katastrophe, Waschbecken nicht geputzt, benutzte Gläser nicht einmal erneuert in vier Tagen, selbst bei mehrmaligen Reklamationen kamen die fehlenden Handtücher nicht, usw.
- vermutlich für eine Nacht egal, aber bei mehrtägigen Aufenthalten nicht zu empfehlen

Very comfortable beds, nice panorama, the location is not ideal
Pros:

The beds were extremely comfortable, the staff very polite and the check-in and check-out experience was great. We were upgraded to the Executive Suite and it was a nice surprise and the room was very spacious.

Cons:

The furniture (couch and chairs) in the room was dirty and it seemed like it went through a lot, for a 5 star hotel this is not ok. The breakfast is average, and the location is not ideal, around the hotel the area seems quite unsafe.

The views of tbe Acropolis are spectacular, the reception staff where quite friendly and polite

Cons:

The location is a bit dodgy situatee near omonia itbis a bit shady if you try to walk thw streets. That aside it seemed ti lack that liittle.bit extra..the pool area is small.with about 14 sunbeds.The hotel rooms feels a little tired. The breakfast buffet was ok but the service when gettong cocktails or around the pool.area was a little lacking. .I had to prompt waiters for service and some core basics like bringing a glass of water with cocktails didnt happen. Didnt feel.like it was a five star hotel. I have stayed in over 9 hotels in tjw last 35 days and this was the most expwnsive and not quite.the most dissapointing but not far.from it
