Ioanna and her front desk colleagues were exceptionally professional and polite! Some of the best client services I have seen in a long time. Stellar and helpful service!
The room was very clean with the view of the Acropolis that I booked.
The staff and view on the rooftop restaurant were equivocally great!

Cons:

It was too far from the cruise port, but that isn't their fault.
Keep in mind, this hotel is in the middle of a small road city where traffic congestion is inevitable. Plan accordingly

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie Dachterrasse hat einen tollen Blick auf die Akropolis.

Cons:

Die Umgebung des Hotels ist sehr schäbig mit Bordellen in Abbruchhaeusern in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Die Ausstattung ist sehr verlebt und für den Preis nicht akzeptabel.

De aankomst was ik maar na het inchecken kregen we geen uitleg van de faciliteiten en konden we ons plan trekken, er was wel een loopjongen om de bagage naar boven te brengen wat op zich ik was maar dat was een doekje om alle minpunten te verstoppen.Het eten a la cart was geen 5 sterren waard, in de stad hebben we voor de helft van de prijs meermaals beter gegeten, het ontbijt was goed maar om te zeggen 5 sterren? Zeker niet voor de prijs van de kamer. De glazen waren vuil, er was een Prosecco glas gewoon gebroken en toch serveren ze u een dure glas bubbels mee, het bestek was doorleefd, de kamer waren duidelijke strepen op de muur, dit kan in een 5 sterren "NIET" getolereerd worden, de douche daar liep het water over de hele vloer, zelfs met handdoeken was het kletsnat. Het personeel was vriendelijk maar dat kan je verwachten van een 5 sterren. De ligging was goed, de Acropolis was goed zichtbaar.
De straten rond het gebouw waren zeer beangstigend, we hebben voor het eerst in ons leven kunnen zien hoe een verslaafde zichzelf een spuit toediende, mijn vrouw was gechockeerd, we voelden ons niet echt veilig!

Reception staff was very polite and helpeful and the view from the terace also very comfortible beds and nice indoor parfum.

Cons:

Waiting staff in the rooftop bar unpolite and you have to wait like 10-15 min. For takes order another 20 min. Wait to get it and the final you get something different. Also only few sunbeds.
