Darrell was super friendly, helpful and professional. The bed was extremely comfortable like sleeping on a cloud. The room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel and Darrell made us feel welcome.

We stay every year for road trip vacation. It is our place to stay. We love the staff! We love the 5:30 pm food and breakfast. Staff is very interactive and friendly.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. The accommodations far exceeded my expectations, and I was very pleased with the overall comfort and quality of the hotel. My room was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and provided everything I needed for an enjoyable stay.

I especially appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout the property and the warm hospitality shown by the staff. The hotel also offered excellent value for the quality of the accommodations and service provided. I felt comfortable, welcomed, and well cared for during my entire visit.

I highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced hotel with outstanding customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was very filling and good selections

Not the best side of town but nice that’s it’s close to the freeway. A little out dated but still clean. Excellent staff (Mrs. T). Didn’t like hot the hallways were at times

This stay at the Drury Hotel was absolutely amazing! I can't say enough about the incredible team. From day one, Ms. Shannon made me feel so welcome, and on day three I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Teresa, who was an absolute godsend. They are both wonderful people who truly care about their guests and make you feel so comfortable that you never want to leave.

I travel frequently for work, and this was my first time staying at a Drury Hotel. After this experience, it certainly won't be my last. I also traveled with my mom, who has dementia, and Ms. Teresa showed her such genuine kindness and compassion. That meant more to me than words can express.

The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally welcoming. My mom enjoyed breakfast each morning, and I loved relaxing with an evening cocktail. The location was perfect—close to my office and conveniently located near I-10, making our arrival and departure incredibly easy.

Every single employee we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they take pride in providing excellent hospitality.

The cleanliness of the hotel was another big plus. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to give the inside of the bathroom toilets a little extra attention. It certainly wasn't bad by any means—I'm just someone who notices the little details and typically travels with my own cleaning supplies anyway, so I gave it a quick touch-up to my personal preference.

Overall, this was a beautiful, peaceful, safe, and comfortable stay. The outstanding customer service truly set this hotel apart. Thank you to Ms. Shannon, Ms. Teresa, and the entire team for making our visit so memorable.

Great Hotel and Experience !
Room was great.
The free dinner , drinks and breakfast was a pleasant change from
the norm .

Having both a morning meal and an evening meal was great! Definitely saved some money for us. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and big enough. Great value for the money and will be definitely booking with them again when we travel next month.

The evening food and drink

Very clean and well maintained, spacious rooms, convenient location near I-10, quiet surroundings, and an excellent complimentary breakfast and evening Kickback with three complimentary drinks for adults.

This hotel’s customer service is terrible. Within 5 minutes of booking the hotel stay I tried to cancel it. I got the runaround twice with both agents saying different things. I’ll have to wait a day to discuss with the corporate office.
