We enjoyed our stay and would definately book here again.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable, staff pleasant and facility clean. We liked how it was located right next to where you pick up the streetcar.

Cons:

Wishing that our room was a direct walk to the breakfast area without having to go outside to get there.

The remodeled room was nice and bed was cozy.

Cons:

It was not mentioned that you had to pay $20 a night at check-in to park in the hotel parking lot. The majority of the staff was rude when questions were asked as a tourist; only two were nice and helpful. I was not allowed to pay for items in the convenience store outright; I had to let them charge my room or card. My experience in Kansas City as a whole, starting with the hotel, was unfriendly and unpleasant. I’m not sure if I will return to see any of the wonderful attractions because of this experience.

Clean room, courteous staff, comfy bed
Pros:

We had a good night’s sleep in a clean room with a hot breakfast before hitting the road. Not much around to eat for dinner.

Pros:

There was a dirty washcloth tucked in the shower curtain rings. Also a pair of socks left behind for the previous guest.

Be wary of being scammed
Pros:

it was quiet

Cons:

I was double charged for the room, and have had to file a claim. I was told my booking.com reservation had a problem, and wouldn't be able to be used so not only did they take my credit card and charge me for an extra 2 nights, the booking reservation also was charged. And my welcome board on TV in room had a different name. When I was told they were updating system, I'm not sure I believed it. I am hoping Marriott will make this correct.

Pros:

En general todo, desde la buena atención que nos dieron. Al princio y al salir.,
Llevaba a mi familia, una persona de 80 años y a un niño de 2 años y todos contentos por todo.

Decent place to stay. Parking is $20
Pros:

Nice hotel. Not the nicest Fairfield. Split into 2 buildings on main floor ice and breakfast were in the other building.
Rooms were clean and well maintained. $20 for guest parking? I don’t remember seeing that when I made the reservation. Close to the Federal bank and the streetcar which is a great way to get around. Breakfast was good. Clean breakfast area.
