Having breakfast included was a great bonus. Having the free tram service outside was even better. Location if perfect for all of KC’s amenities. All staff members were very obliging & in good spirits.

Cons:

Less rain showers but you can’t control that!

the room was nice !! very much updated and cozy! everything was clean and staff was very nice ! hotel was in the vicinity of the places i planned to visit !

someone that worked there told me that the pool was only 21 and up but i saw kids swimming in the pool so idk

Nasty, horrible, and disgusting

I didn’t like anything about the property

Cons:

The staff seemed like he was on something he was jittery, moving fast talking fast he wasn’t listening to nothing. I was saying he was doing what he wanted to do and he charged me twice on my credit card.
We get to the room the room smell like smoke like someone has been in there smoking, and it was like a stale smell. The curtains was yellow so you can tell that someone was in there smoking on the floor. There were bugs on the bed and in the bathroom very disgusting. The room was nasty. Will never stay there again.

It is what it is…
Pros:

It was close to the conference I was attending and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The small parking lot, the smell of the room and elevators, the paper thin walls, the loud guests up and down the halls, the fact that when someone in another room was smoking weed the smell consumed my room, the fact that I had to either pay a ridiculous amount for parking at both my hotel and the conference, walk a mile and a half or take the KC Ride with the morning and evening homeless crowd riding to get out of the heat.

Really good employees, good customer service
Pros:

Prime location and the tram is right outside!

Room was very nice... area was rough.
Pros:

The breakfast was disappointing. The food was not good. Sausage waa overcooked. Bacon was rubbery. Apples were overly ripe. I expect more from a Marriott facility.
