The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday. It is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. If you plan to arrive outside opening hours, please contact the hotel directly in order to obtain the access code.

Cleaning of the room is made once a week.

Pros:

Le lit etait confortable et la chambre propre.

Cons:

La robinetterie de l'évier de la cuisine et de la salle de bains mériteraient d'être changée.
Il faisait extrêmement chaud dans la chambre dont la fenêtre donnait sur la rue bruyante, le ventilateur mériterait d'etre un peu plus performant et silencieux.

Bien placé, personnel efficace, mais malchance au niveau de la température caniculaire.
Pros:

L emplacement près du métro / quais de l Ourc / la kitchenette et les commerces proches.

Cons:

Dommage il n y avait pas de climatisation. Malgré le ventilateur il faisait vraiment très chaud plus de 30 dans la chambre.

Pratique pour mon utilité à l’instant T, pas sûre que j’y retournerais.
Pros:

L’emplacement très proche du métro et du lieu de l’événement auquel je venais assister (magasins généraux et dock B). Le fait aussi d’avoir un petit balcon.

Cons:

La propreté c’est pas oufissime. Le logement était un peu vétuste (le sol et la salle de bain en particulier). Les volets ne fonctionnaient pas, heureusement qu’il y avait des rideaux opaques, mais pas suffisant. Pas d’éponge dans la cuisine. Je comprends pourquoi il n’y en a pas mais c’est vrai que pour 2j, on y pense pas forcément.

Très bon séjour, je reviendrai avec plaisir. Vrai +: l'accès rapide à la Villette et le métro à 100m
Pros:

Studio confortable et propre avec une literie excellente et des équipements opérationnels. La chambre donne sur un passage et un immeuble de bureaux, elle est calme en soirée et la nuit.

Cons:

La douche est très petite. Il n'y a pas de poubelle de tri dans la chambre alors que les bacs dans le local poubelles sont prévus pour.

L emplacement est bien desservie. Taxi, bus métro tout est à proximité

Cons:

Il ne faut pas être pointilleux point de vu propriété. L établissement aurait besoin d un bon coup de rafraîchissement. La literie est plutôt confort, mais elle surprise en enlevant les draps, oreillers jaunit, matelas et couette tachées.
Forte odeur d égout dans ce que l on doit appeler salle de bain, chasse d eau défectueuse.
Isolation médiocre.

Die Lage war gut.

Cons:

Das Bad war alt und schmuddelig..Schmutziger Duschvorhang. Dazu extremer Chemikalien Geruch. Die Abflüsse haben gestunken.
