Great stay, would definitely stay again, if possible.
Pros:

Central location. I could walk everywhere easily. Staff was amazing. They were able to get me transportation when needed and even help me navigate a tricky situation I had!

Cons:

I requested 2 beds through booking.com and they said they didn't receive the request. Not sure where it got lost.

contrate una habitación familiar y es mentira, no existe, finalmente me dieron 2 habitaciones standar.

la limpieza general de la habitaciones, el baño mal, debajo de la cama pelos y muchos pelos, da la sensación de lipiar por encima y a correr¡¡¡

problemas con el climatizador, se mantenia encendido aunque lo apagaras, llame 5 veces a recepcion para que lo desconecaran ellos.

Tout était top.
Petit dejeuneux magnifique.
Goute à l'accueil assez rare meme dans des 5 etoiles donc parfait.
Le personnel est très disponible et très sympathique cependant.
Positionnement dans Seville

Cons:

Bemol, du bruit dans les couloirs le matin du personnel de chambre, pas toujo0rus evident de travailler dans le calme mais un peu trop bruyant.

Schöne Zimmer, eher dunkel gestaltet, aber geschmackvoll. Bequeme Betten.

Personel miły i bardzo pomocny. Przekazali nam spisane polecane miejsca, bary restauracje z zaznaczeniem wszystkiego na mapie. Skorzystaliśmy oczywiście i się nie zawiedliśmy. Restauracja w hotelu i na dachu serwuje wyśmienite posiłki i napoje. Śniadania urozmaicone, bufet oraz a'la carte. Hotel położony w doskonałym miejscu, wszędzie blisko.

Overall a wonderful stay at a great hotel.
Pros:

The staff were amazing they couldn’t have done anything more to ensure our stay was a memorable one.
The roof top restaurant was so relaxed and superb food.

Cons:

Slightly on the expensive side for a hotel that is probably a very good 4star rather than a five star hotel.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return, especially because of the great location and helpful staff
Pros:

- Great location, everything was within easy reach and it made exploring Seville very convenient.
- The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
- The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

Cons:

- The only downside was the room size, which was very small. If the rooms were a bit bigger, I would have considered it excellent value for money. Apart from that, I was very happy with the hotel, its facilities, and the staff.
