La atención dle personal fue extraordinaria, ademas el hotel ofrece todo lo que necesitas, muchos detalles para el confort de los viajeros que no habia visto en otro hotel
We had a wonderful three-night stay at Vincci Selección Unuk 5 GL Sevilla and were extremely happy with our choice.
The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Seville’s old town, with all the main sights, restaurants and attractions within easy walking distance. We hardly needed any transportation during our stay.
Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent as well, with lovely high-quality toiletries and little details that made the stay feel even more special.
Breakfast was one of the highlights. Most dishes are freshly prepared to order, complemented by a small buffet, and everything we tried was delicious. The quality of the food was excellent.
The rooftop area is another great feature. There is a small pool, and when we visited we had it completely to ourselves, which made it especially relaxing. There is also a rooftop bar which looked very inviting, although unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it.
Overall, a beautiful boutique hotel in an unbeatable location, with excellent food, comfortable rooms and great attention to detail. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Seville. Highly recommended!

Lo que más nos gustó fue, sin duda, la ubicación: está muy cerca de Las Setas y permite llegar caminando cómodamente a lugares como el Alcázar o la Catedral. Las camas son realmente cómodas, especialmente los colchones, aunque creemos que las almohadas podrían mejorar un poco. El personal fue maravilloso, siempre atento y amable, y queremos destacar especialmente a Gerard, que estuvo pendiente de nosotros durante toda la estancia, nos dio muchísimas recomendaciones y fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes del hotel. El desayuno a la carta nos pareció muy completo, con bastantes opciones, y en general el hotel es muy bonito. También nos encantaron algunos pequeños detalles, como la botellita de aceite de oliva que te regalan al marcharte o la zona de snacks junto a recepción, disponible durante todo el día con café, fruta y diferentes aperitivos.
Como puntos a mejorar, creemos que algunas instalaciones y pequeños detalles de mantenimiento deberían estar más cuidados, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que se trata de un hotel de 5 estrellas GL. El gimnasio, aunque se agradece que exista y está razonablemente bien equipado, resulta demasiado pequeño para la cantidad de máquinas y material que contiene, por lo que es complicado utilizarlo cómodamente. Quizá sería mejor reducir algún elemento o reorganizar el espacio para hacerlo más funcional. También encontramos algunos detalles que no esperábamos en un hotel de esta categoría: pedimos una plancha y la base estaba quemada y la plancha en bastante mal estado, tuvimos que planchar la ropa del revés. Y también cuando llegamos, encontramos marcas de vasos en las mesillas de nuestra habitación. Son cosas pequeñas, pero precisamente en un 5 estrellas GL creemos que este tipo de detalles deberían revisarse con más cuidado.
Fantastic hotel, Clarins products in the bathroom as well as deodorant, mouth wash and a bamboo loofah- that was a very nice treat.
I would certainly recommend this as the hotel to stay in when visiting Seville.
Hotel bedroom was lovely particularly as I was upgraded to a larger room - but I am sure the smaller room would have been suitable for a 3 night stay. Everything you needed was in the room apart from Earl Grey teabags so take your own!
Brilliant location, everything I wanted to see and visit was in walking distance. The hotel was only a 10 minute taxi ride from the train station.
The Hotel staff were all lovely, helpful and cheerful - so thank you all very much.

Clean, great location, very relaxed atmosphere. Staff were exceptionally helpful. No problem with our 23:00 check in. It was my husband’s birthday. Room was decorated with a message from the staff and balloons and also a small chocolate cake. Lovely touches.
Nothing although pool is quite small compared to Australian hotels.
