Pros:

Predivan hotel, uredno čisto, izvrsno osoblje. Reyes nas je dočekala i sve objasnila o boravku, gradu Sevilli, mogućnostima posjete znamenitostima Seville. Pravi domaćin s puno osijećaja za goste. Ostale njene kolege su bili izvrsni, opet se vidimo. Toplo preporućam ovaj hotel za obitelj.

Confort et excellente situation au coeur de Séville
Pros:

Bel hôtel confortable très bien situé au centre de Séville. Hôtel neuf, personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner très bon. La partie "à la carte" permet d'avoir de belles assiettes cuisinées. (très) petite piscine agréable en rooftop. Un espace massages et un sauna complètent le tout.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner "à la carte" n'est pas idéal si vous êtes pressé, et ne permet pas de goûter beaucoup de choses différentes (ou alors il faudrait avoir vraiment très faim pour tout commander). L'hôtel est relativement petit, et quelques petites imperfections dans le service lui donnent plutôt 4* en comparaison aux standards internationnaux.

Would stay there again anytime. Unfortunately they did not have hotels in any of the other destinations we were visiting

Pros:

Umístění hotelu je vhodné pro návštěvu katedrály i paláce. Není problém s parkováním, vůz jsme předali před hotelem a personál zaparkoval. Recepční byli nápomocní při vykládání a nakládání zavazadel. Také nám doporučili a rezervovali restauraci mimo hotel. Chování personálu nelze nic vyknout.
Snídaně byla velmi bohatá - velký výběr z menu i bufetu. S bezlepkovou dietou nebyl žádný problém.

Cons:

Každou noc se náhle rozsvítila všechna světla v celém apartmánu, měli jsem dvě ložnice a obývací pokoj.
V hotelové restauraci na terase se nám příliš nevěnovali a přestože je deklarovaná jakou vyhlášená svojí kvalitou, odpovídala svým vybavením i chováním personálu spíš na nějaký tapas bar, podotýkám, že jsem měli rezervaci, ale kvalita obsluhy byla tristní.
