Good apartment for a short stay in Tangier
Pros:

The staff of the hotel was very very friendly and nice. Especially Safaa and her colleague from the afternoon shift were super friendly. Not to forget the hotel manager. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, which also serves the a la carte breakfast, which was included in our room rate. Our apartment was a good size. The location of the hotel is very convenient, but that comes with some traffic noise.

Cons:

The kitchen wasn't well equipped (not needed for 2 nights, though) and there isn't much room anything in the bathroom. Also, the wardrobe doesn't have any hanging space, only shelves. We found that quite odd.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en famille et nous avons été très satisfaits de l’ensemble de notre expérience.

Je tiens tout particulièrement à remercier la réceptionniste Safaa, qui a vraiment fait énormément pour nous durant tout le séjour. Sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme ont été exceptionnels. Elle a toujours été attentive à nos besoins et a su nous aider avec beaucoup de soin et de bienveillance. Un grand merci à elle, elle mérite vraiment d’être mise en valeur.

Je souhaite également remercier toute l’équipe de l’hôtel pour l’accueil chaleureux et le service de qualité.

Je tiens aussi à préciser que je suis assez exigeante en ce qui concerne la propreté et l’organisation, et j’ai été agréablement surprise par le niveau irréprochable de l’hôtel. Tout était parfaitement propre, soigné et bien entretenu, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable.

Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cet hôtel et nous le recommandons sans hésitation.

A comfortable stay with a great location, good breakfast, and friendly staff.
Pros:

Very good stay. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and offered a good variety of options. The location is excellent, close to many attractions and convenient for getting around Tangier. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

During peak hours, restaurant orders were sometimes delayed or occasionally forgotten. A bit more attention during busy periods would improve the experience

Pros:

Jai apprecie mon séjour. Le personnel est tres aimable. L'appartement bien agencé et fonctionnel avec le nécessaire pour se sentir bien. Le petit dej était a la carte et tres bon.

Cons:

La douche est difficile a régler. C'est soit tres chaud soit frais et la pression était faible. Mais cest tres gérable.

El hotel tiene un restaurante excelente donde desayunamos súper rico. Las habitaciones son incluso mejores que en las fotos. Nos gustó tanto que repetimos en el mismo viaje a la vuelta.

L'établissement est d'une grande propreté, l'entretien est assuré quotidiennement. L'emplacement est tout simplement idéal. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et sympathique, avec une mention spéciale pour messieurs Ayoub Bousfira et Jamal. Ayant un départ très matinal, le personnel a même pris l'initiative de me préparer un petit-déjeuner à emporter. Une attention très appréciée !

Het was perfect. Schoon mooi en vriendelijke medewerkers.

Perfect verblijf beter kan eigenlijk niet.

Wij verbleven in een deluxe appartement en dit was werkelijk prachtig. Het appartement was zeer schoon, stijlvol ingericht en we hadden een schitterend uitzicht over de stad. Dit was inmiddels onze derde keer hier, maar deze keer verbleven we vijf dagen en opnieuw was alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd.

Het personeel is buitengewoon vriendelijk en behulpzaam, van de receptie tot de beveiliging, de schoonmaak en de medewerkers in het restaurant. Iedereen doet duidelijk zijn best om het verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken.

Het ontbijt was uitstekend en zeer goed verzorgd. Daarnaast werden de kamers dagelijks perfect schoongemaakt.

Kortom: een fantastisch verblijf en wij komen hier zeker terug, in shaa Allah.
