Schöne Stadt, aber teuer.
Pros:

Das Hotel war gut zu erreichen und relativ nah an der Küste, was für einen Abendspaziergang schön war. Die Dachterrasse ist auch schön, konnte aber wetterbedingt nicht genutzt werden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war super klein bzw. eng, so dass man sich mit zwei Reisekoffer kaum noch bewegen konnte.

I was satisfied with my experience. However, there are several aspects should be reconsidered.
Pros:

I recently stayed at Go Hotel City for five nights and, overall, I was satisfied with my experience. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and the breakfast was good. The bed was good and my pelow good, could be better. The room has a half table to work, good chair and it is quiet. The window was opening and you had fresh air at any time.

Cons:

However, there are several aspects of your service that I believe should be reconsidered, as they left me with a negative impression despite an otherwise pleasant stay. First, I was surprised to be charged for luggage storage. My flight arrived early in the morning, before check-in time, and I needed a safe place to leave my luggage. In all my previous travels, hotels have provided this service free of charge for their guests. Being asked to pay for it was disappointing and created a poor first impression. Second, I had already paid for my room for five nights, yet I was asked to pay an additional 75 DKK for early check-in. This is the first time I have encountered such a charge under these circumstances. Third, I was also charged 75 DKK for a late check-out. Again, this is something that most hotels I have visited provide as a complimentary service when possible, especially for guests staying multiple nights. In total, I paid 80 DKK for luggage storage and 75 DKK for late check-out, adding approximately €20 to the overall cost of my stay, which was €867 for five nights. While this amount may seem small, these extra charges create a negative impression and make guests feel less valued. If I have alternative accommodation options in the future, I would likely choose another hotel because I find this policy difficult to accept. Another aspect that concerned me was the requirement to pay for the room before my arrival. In my experience, most hotels request payment either upon arrival or at check-out. This was the first time I was asked to complete payment before arriving at the hotel. Finally, regarding the breakfast, I found it satisfactory overall. The coffee was very good, and having two coffee machines was appreciated. However, the food selection felt quite basic. The room has no airconditioning.
